Never got my money back!! I had did a flat cancel on a car I had purchased months ago, and I’m still waiting for my money back! This is absolutely ridiculous. Zee had told me my money would be back in my account in 7-10 business days. It’s been 2 months! They haven’t even reported the car to their collections office as being flat canceled, so the car is still on my credit report! Everything is being thrown on me and my fiancé to call collections and report the car as being flat canceled, this isn’t my job! I should have my money back and this should be off my credit! Every time I call, every general manager is away from their desk or dealing with a customer, and “someone will call me back” Every time I actually do get ahold of someone they tell me they will call me back, and I’ll never receive a phone call back from anyone!! never get a car from this place. These people have terrible customer service More
