Over the years, I’ve had some really unpleasant experiences when purchasing new cars. This led to delaying my recent purchase for more than a year. I just wasn’t interested in spending hours with h experiences when purchasing new cars. This led to delaying my recent purchase for more than a year. I just wasn’t interested in spending hours with high-pressure sales people pushing me to spend more than I wanted or add every available option and treatment. I finally broke down and decided it was time and ended up at Jerry’s Ford of Leesburg. What a surprise. Probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had buying anything, ever. From the sales person, to the manager, to the finance rep, all as friendly as they could be and I felt they truly were only interested in my satisfaction. Without having to haggle, I received a phenomenal deal which included a multitude of incentive plus some extras thrown in by the dealer resulting in the vehicle of my dreams way below MSRP……I mean way below. My wife will need a new car in a couple of years and we are definitely returning for that purchase as well. If you’re looking for a relaxed and pleasant experience shopping for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Jerry’s Ford of Leesburg. Trust me, you will be pleasantly surprised and you too may become a customer for life as I have. To everyone at Jerry’s Ford thanks so much for my Explorer, I love it. P.S. Go to Jerrys Ford of Leesburg and ask for Mouhammad (Mo) and Michael Stoner to take care of your care buying experience! Mouhammad (Mo) did an excellent job answering the phone when I called. Throughout the process Mo let me know that I was not leaving without a deal that I could live with. Mo allowed me to take my time with the vehicle and give it a thorough test drive. Mo was wonderful with the sales processes. His manager, Michael Stoner, was very gracious with me and Mo. Michael understood that Mos relationship and reputation with me was on the line during the back and forth between the offer price and final price. Mo assured me that I would get a great deal! Mo got me a wonderful, fantastic, and super duper deal. It was a great end of the month deal! Also, Mo's colleagues have a great respect for Mo's pleasant ways and they know Mo has "got it". Not once did I have a question about a the vehicle Mo could not answer. I was never pressured by any other sales rep either while making my decision whether or not to buy a car. Mo knows cars! Our family has purchased 4 Fords in the past two years from Jerry's Leesburg Ford...AND because of the great service in the sales department and service department we will continue to do so. Barbara (our from Jerry's Leesburg Ford...AND because of the great service in the sales department and service department we will continue to do so. Barbara (our service contact) always knows who I am and what car I drive when I call and manages to get service appointments scheduled at MY convenience. That is amazing! They have also added a shuttle service for customers if their service should take longer than they want to wait. Also new to me, is the estimate they provide for the NEXT service scheduled. This helps so much with budgeting and the ability to take proper care of our vehicles. Thank you to all the wonderful people at Jerry's Leesburg Ford. More

Working with Jerry's Ford Leesburg staff (Lacy Cooner, Keith Timbrook, and Mario Eberle) was a tremendous relief from working with other dealerships and sales persons I've experienced in the area. Lacy was quite personable, straightforward, knowledgable, confident, and genuine. Next time I buy a car, I will definitely go to Jerry's Ford Leesburg and ask to work with Lacy. Keith was a delight to work with and very knowledgable. He made sure I understood all the vehicle features. Two grumbles: I asked if possible to take $1,000.00 off the price in exchange for $10,000.00 down payment on the car. I don't think that was alot to ask for. The explanation of the financing part of the deal was a little unclear, especially with the warranty and interest rate. More
