I just purchased my third car from the team at Jerrys Ford of Leesburg, VA. This team is tremendous. They exceeded all expectations and requests that I made of them. Simply put, I sent a picture of the exact car that I wanted. I knew that sourcing this specific model and trim was going to be difficult. The car arrived 1 week later (it was elsewhere in the country) in the exact spec, with the exact financial terms that I stated, and the process of in & out of the dealership was less than 30 minutes. OK maybe 60 minutes but thats because I wanted to chat about cars and trucks. This team is second to none and I am fortunate that I do not live closer or else I'd be in financial ruin (on my own accord). Thank you very much to Cam, Izzy, Finance Team and all others involved. They are slippery. They tried to sell me a $5000 Ford Eztended Servicr Plan, but they lied to me slipped me paperwork for a third party coverage. They also sold me on a fake warrant my that they run.

Always feel as though I’m treated fairly. Work is done cleanly and fast, I also occasionally take advantage of their courtesy shuttle with I very much appreciate.

I've never left a vehicle (or dealership) review, but that will end today. My ENTIRE experience was absolutely AMAZING, and Brandon went above and beyond.
