We did not intend to purchase a new Explorer, but our sales associate Tom Schwietz was very helpful and no pressure. We bought the car because of him and our like for Ford(no govt money) and the Explorer brand. We had one problem because the tower pushed to complete the deal that evening. It took almost one hour to get into the finance office. No regard for our time. We wanted to return the next day for delivery. The F&I lady and the delivery specialist were very apologetic. The customer in front of us took a long time to wrap up. The manager, I believe his last name was Shaw should know a buyer from a liars when the F&I bogged down he should have offered to agree to our request to return the next day. We left the dealership at 9PM after arriving at 5:30. It was a less than satisfactory first impression. The deal was X-Plan so pretty cut and dried. One question we have is are X-Plan deals subject to the full processing fee? With GM's Family and Friends it is limited to a flat $90.00 regardless of what the dealership charges. Everyone in that program pays the same amount per GM. If someone can reply it would be most appreciated. We do like our 14 Explorer a great deal. More
Exceptionally impressed by each Jerry's employee I met during the process to buy my new 2014 Mustang while also trading in my 05 Mustang GT I also bought at Jerry's back in 2005. The process took less than 24 hours from when I first submitted my online inquiries to driving out of the dealership with my new car. I would highly recommend sales manager Brian Rose who quickly found the Mustang I was looking for and negotiated a reasonable deal in a very timely manner. He was very personable and I would highly recommend him to friends and colleagues. I was also very impressed with sales manager Mike Stoper in discussions on my 05 trade in. Both Customer Service Manager Jill Zachariasse and Finance Manager Sarah Eberle gave excellent and thorough presentations of Ford packages and the various finance options available. While I declined both the packages (outside my budget limitations) and financing (I prefered to stay with my credit union), both managers accurately and concisely provided all pertinent information. To round of the level of excellence, I finished with Keith Timbrook who ran me through all the workings of my new Mustang. He brings a high level of charismatic enthusiasm which kept me engaged and focused at a point when you want to just drive off with the new car. Starting with Brian and through Mike, Jill, Sarah and finally Keith, what is often an exhausting and arduous process in buying a car was made very pleasurable by this fine staff. More

I literally have met and talked to everyone at the dealership. It is important to remember that when you are buying a car, especially a pre-owned vehicle, to take your time. Many dealers only car about the models they are pushing from the factory to the showroom floor. Not Jerrys Ford of Leesburg. The reason for this is simple. Customer service begins and ends with...the customer. The employees (I call them friends now) at Jerrys Ford of Leesburg recognize you, not as a potential sale when you walk in the door, but as a potential customer for life. I absolutely mean this when I say it; Jerrys Ford of Leesburg is the BEST PRE-OWNED dealer in the state! As a military veteran I value the dedication to service these individuals employ in their daily routine. The weather is nice and the deals are even nicer at Jerrys! Ford due to a 2013 F150 i had purchased new, that was just one of those that was prone to issues. Had put it in the shop several times at another dealership and it was never properly fixed. Decided to swing by Jerrys to see the service department. They were awesome. Received instant attention from the. Service Manager and two others. Brian Rose came out to speak with me and i told him my plight and that if he could get me into one of the two trucks sitting on the front line of the dealership he would save a long time friendship. I was just that done with the FX4 I had owned for only a little over a year. Especially when I was told I was facing a catastrophic system failure. There was no pressure at all from Brian. We basically cut a deal on a sweet customized (Rocky Ridge is awesome putting country into a. Ford truck) F150 via phone and text. When it came time to spend some real time at the dealership, both Brian and Mario were very attentive. So much so Brian went on to engage my seven year old daughter into a rather lengthy conversation, which meant a great deal to me. End result, the deal was done all told from initial walk in to driving away in my new truck within a couple hours. Job well done Gents. Yes I recommend Brian, Mario and the Jerrys Ford dealership. Please stay away from this business or come with the law on your side. They are there to scam you. We had bad experience twice. One time was when we tried to buy a car from them. I thought the carpet on the on your side. They are there to scam you. We had bad experience twice. One time was when we tried to buy a car from them. I thought the carpet on the passenger side was a bit odd so I just flipped it up and found a big open hole (the size was about the open of my hand; and yes, I could see the ground from inside the car through that hole). This was never disclosed to me and the saler acted like it's the first time he's seen it too. He apologized and quickly agreed with us that it was not something we should buy. Well, it's been a few years so the bad experience sort of gave way for convenience, so we stop there again... this time to sale our car. We came, told them about the problem, and how much Carmax offered us and how much Autotrader offered us. 2 days after I signed the title to them and left the car there so they can get me the check (it's the 1st time I sale a car so I didn't know I need to get their promise on paper), they called and said they didn't want to buy my car anymore and I can just come and pick up the car. I told Mario Eberle (General Manager) that Mike Stoner (Used Car Manager) already bought my car and now how can he just simply said they didn't want it anymore. Both of them said, no, they didn't have to buy my car. Mario Eberle then went to the door and called me over so he could "show me something" When I went to the door, he told me to "leave his lot" and shut the door on my face. So basically, he kicked me (a customer) out because they couldn't make any money on me and I was trying to tell them how upset I was about the whole experience (not once was someone apologize, that maybe Mike Stoner messed up and gave us an offer too soon, whatever, but rather, they treated me with the most disrespectful manner). All in all STAY AWAY if you're honest people who may not know how to protect yourself from crooks like these. It's so shocking to find a business like this can survive in this economy (or maybe because they can scam enough people like me) More
Our overall experience was terrific!! We do wish our salesman had a little bit more knowledge about the vehicle we purchased, he even told us he doesn't know a thing about the vehicle. Over the years, I’ve had some really unpleasant experiences when purchasing new cars. This led to delaying my recent purchase for more than a year. I just wasn’t interested in spending hours with h experiences when purchasing new cars. This led to delaying my recent purchase for more than a year. I just wasn’t interested in spending hours with high-pressure sales people pushing me to spend more than I wanted or add every available option and treatment. I finally broke down and decided it was time and ended up at Jerry’s Ford of Leesburg. What a surprise. Probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had buying anything, ever. From the sales person, to the manager, to the finance rep, all as friendly as they could be and I felt they truly were only interested in my satisfaction. Without having to haggle, I received a phenomenal deal which included a multitude of incentive plus some extras thrown in by the dealer resulting in the vehicle of my dreams way below MSRP……I mean way below. My wife will need a new car in a couple of years and we are definitely returning for that purchase as well. If you’re looking for a relaxed and pleasant experience shopping for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Jerry’s Ford of Leesburg. Trust me, you will be pleasantly surprised and you too may become a customer for life as I have. To everyone at Jerry’s Ford thanks so much for my Explorer, I love it. P.S.
