Positive Experience It was not a bad experience. We went in to test drive a previous owned Fusion which was a nice car, but we asked Tom Schweitz, our sales associate, wh It was not a bad experience. We went in to test drive a previous owned Fusion which was a nice car, but we asked Tom Schweitz, our sales associate, what other vehicles were for sale. He took us to the back lot and my wife spotted a silver Fusion Titanium with all the bells and whistles for what seemed to be reasonably priced. We had other cars to look at that day, but ended up calling Tom up the following day to take a second look at the Fusion Titanium. We met with Tom and worked out a deal. The good thing, no sales pressure. Tom was very knowledgeable about the Fusion as well as other Ford products. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The only downside I can think of is the time it takes to finish up the sales process, but I suspect that happens at any dealership. More
Fantastic truck, had an issue but Mario jumped all over it. We bought a 2016 F350 King Ranch which not a small investment, it is our 4th Ford truck and we love it. The sales experience was great and the Sales Rep, Brian Rose, was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and met our price with what we were willing to do. He also spent a lot of time with us after the sale explaining all the functionality in the truck (compared to our last King Ranch it was a HUGE difference) and was very patient when I got a little sad about trading in our old truck. The finance person, Sara Eberle, was also extremely nice to deal with and very good at explaining all the details when we were confused. We had an issue with confusion on installing additional parts which caused some consternation in our house but I have to say Mario jumped all over it immediately and not only rectified the problem but went so far above and beyond to ensure we were happy and the problem was corrected that we were both extremely surprised. Our truck goes in Monday to get the new items installed and based on working with Mario I expect nothing less than exemplary service. I would not hesitate to work with Brian, Sara, or Mario again. More
Excellent Buying Experience We originally started looking for a new car at a Ford dealership in Frederick, MD. But, they were unwilling to discuss the USAA car buying service nu We originally started looking for a new car at a Ford dealership in Frederick, MD. But, they were unwilling to discuss the USAA car buying service numbers we had developed. In addition, they were pushing us to buy a car off their lot and were reluctant to search other dealerships. We were very specific regarding model and features. Jerry's Ford on the other hand went out of their way to not only find the vehicle we wanted, with the features we wanted, but Mario Eberle (the general manager) took time to search other Ford dealerships and found multiple Ford Fusions that matched our specifications. Blaine Chitwood, our sales person, was extremely helpful in showing us cars on the lot that had some, but not all of the features we desired to ensure we understood how the features were incorporated into the vehicle. Both Mario and Blaine bent over backward to make sure that the price offered was as good as what USAA presented us. The bottom line number was actually better that the USAA price. Overall, the experience was probably the best car buying experience we have ever had. Well done to Mario, Blaine, and all the other staff we worked with. More

I got a "sorry for the inconvenience" letter from the dealer a month after purchase along with my new plates with tags that expire in a MONTH and a blank DMV application. Are you kidding me? You have a full service department but can't sell me a car that's current?? Unbelievable way to lose business. More
Found great replacement car Jerry's was the 3rd dealer we visited, looking for a replacement for a totaled Jeep. Got My Bucket List Car This is our third purchase from Jerry's of Leesburg. I came in looking for my "bucket list" Mustang GT convertible with a manual shift and in silver. This is our third purchase from Jerry's of Leesburg. I came in looking for my "bucket list" Mustang GT convertible with a manual shift and in silver. Cam is their Mustang expert and pointe dout to me the advantages of the automatic with the paddle shift. Mouhammad found the car in white at another dealer with all the options I wanted. With the 50th Anniversary package in white, I had found my car!! We went to contract. However, the other dealer decided not to part with it. Mouhammad worked for a week on putting together a "horse trade" to get MY car. I was overjoyed when he told me had it on its way. Allie was great in showing me the care package and then getting it all done before I picked up the car. It is a beauty to behold and was detailed out perfectly. We are really going to enjoy this vehicle for a very long time!! More
