GET EVERYTHING PROMISED TO YOU FROM THEM - IN WRITING. Recently purchased a car from Jerry's. The salesman (Blaine) was very nice but the management staff......THE WORST! They told me they had a second key to the car but it was locked up and the person who had the key was not there. When I went back to pick up the key, they had me wait for an entire hour before the "GM" came to me and said I would have to purchase a key because I GOT A GOOD DEAL! What did one have to do with the other? Really? And would he not have attempted to do the same, if the shoe were on the other foot? It's a shame that once folks get your money they forgot about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope they get the most of of this transaction because I WILL NEVER purchase from them again. ALL OVER A PROMISED KEY. Yes, they would rather loose future business rather than to make good on a simple promise over a $200 KEY! Appalling! 1 Response from the owner in the last week Hi Jacqueline, thank you for speaking with me. I'm sorry for the confusion, but we did not have a second key for the Toyota Sienna and cannot guarantee or promise second keys with all of our pre-owned vehicles (as they may arrive without them). I was more than willing to help provide you an appointment with an onsite locksmith who could create you a second one. If you have any additional questions or comments, feel free to contact me at feedback@jerrysauto.com. Be well and I wish you safe travels with your vehicle! -Mario Eberle, General Manager ....BUT WHAT THE OWNER DIDN’T SAY IS THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THEY KEY THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD AND THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH A RECALL WHICH THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO. I HAD TO PAY $240 TO ANOTHER DEALER TO GET IN REPAIRED. REALLY. More

The team is clearly disorganized and all over the place. Due to their incompetence, i am now writing a 3rd check because they cannot keep on top of their paperwork and they threatened legal action against me. I will never buy from a Jerry's brand again. We have been to a total of probably 6 dealerships before finding jerrys and had to walk away because they couldn't find the car I was looking for or meet my price range. I would like to thank jerrys for changing that experience for us and making us feel like a part of their community. We live in Culpeper county and the drive was well worth it!! I would recommend this dealership over any of the dealerships in our surrounding area!! I would also like to thank Bruce Wilson and Betty Radley for sticking to there word and putting me first as a customer! There are many dealerships out there that don't do that, ones that only want to make money off you, but these people are more than just salesmen!!! Overall 5 star rating and worth the trip back to leesburg to have them service my car when needed and to purchase an extended warranty down the road!!! More

Let the buyer beware Buyers beware!! This was the worst used car buying experience I have ever had. First once the car was sold the salesman Brian and Managers Jeremy and Buyers beware!! This was the worst used car buying experience I have ever had. First once the car was sold the salesman Brian and Managers Jeremy and Shaw refused to return any of my mutilple calls. I thought by buying from a bigger dealer I would be protected from this, not so. The car did not pass inspection, also had a chip in windshield never disclosed and when I tried to get them to fix the problem Silence. I had also bought a bumper to bumper warranty so I tried to make a claim on that to fix the problem a loose tie rod, which was keeping it from passing inspection, but the $2000 warranty was invalid since they never did a pre-inspection of the car I live over two hours from the dealership and had to take another day off and drive all the way back just so they could reinspect it and validate the warranty. Barring the finance person Sarah who did a good job there is no customer service. Their motto should not be "let the completion be ware" but "let the customer beware! I did finally three weeks late and after I had to drive back get them to reimburse me for the cost of the repair just to pass inspection. More
Friendly and Knowledgable Staff My wife and I purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang GT Premium at Jerry’s Ford in Leesburg in late March of 2016. We’ve bought a number of cars over the years My wife and I purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang GT Premium at Jerry’s Ford in Leesburg in late March of 2016. We’ve bought a number of cars over the years and this was probably one of the more enjoyable and least stressful purchase experiences I can remember. All of the staff we came across at Jerry’s were positive, polite and acted like they wanted to help us and wanted to sell us a car. We worked primarily with Chris Oballe, but also with Blaine Chitwood, Lisa Walker and Jim Mahoney (I think). I don’t recall the receptionist lady’s name, but she was so much more customer friendly than a receptionist I had met earlier in the day at a BMW dealer, who basically acted annoyed that I had stepped into a BMW dealership without an appointment. I had been considering numerous car models for several months. I had read many reviews, gone to car shows, and mostly based on Consumer Reports customer reliability reports had almost talked myself into thinking I wanted to buy a BMW 228i with a manual transmission, even though I liked the Mustang styling and performance better. My reception at the BMW dealer convinced me I didn’t want to work with those people. Using the Ford Motor Company’s online search inventory tool I printed out about 30 window stickers for Ford Mustangs that met my preferences at several local Ford dealers. I also printed out the local dealership’s advertised price from each dealer’s website. The first one on my list was a car that was listed as being at Jerry’s Ford in Leesburg. It turned out it was not there (I guess I should have made an appointment). While chatting with Blaine Chitwood about what I was looking for I noticed another customer getting out of a red Mustang that was the second car on my list. That ended up being the car we bought. Blaine, who I think was busy working on another project, turned us over to Chris Oballe who was an absolute joy to work with. We took a test drive with Chris who explained all of the features on the Mustang. He not only knew the Mustang well he knew other cars very well too and I was able to talk to him intelligently about Camaros, BMW’s, Mini’s and other cars. I really appreciated this because there have been several times in the past when it was obvious I knew more about the car I was looking at than the salesman talking to me. I hate that. You should at least look at a car magazine once a month or so before you ever think of being a car salesman. Chris knew cars well, and if there was something he didn’t know, or wasn’t 100% sure of, he let us know. I greatly appreciated that Jerry’s Ford accommodated us in letting us use our longtime small bank in North Dakota to finance the car. I’m sure that kind of an arrangement wasn’t the norm but they trusted us and let us take the car home that day even though it took three business days to cash the check. Things like that make you want to be a return customer. In two or three years we will be looking to replace my wife’s Jeep. Jerry’s Ford will be one of the first places we look. There is only one thing about shopping at Jerry’s that I didn’t like and I didn’t knock them down any points for it because all of the Ford dealers in the region appear to do the same misleading thing. Dealers are advertising a “savings” of a certain amount compared to the MSRP. While they don’t call the MSRP the “Total MSRP” as defined by the Ford Motor Company disclosure website, the dollar amount matches the Total MSRP amount. Yet, the fine print adds back in the destination charges so you cannot save the advertised amount. I hate this kind of deception with a passion. Line S16 on the Ford website specifically states: “Total MSRP is Base MSRP plus options, destination and delivery charges. Excludes taxes, title, and registration fees.” What Jerry’s and other Ford dealers advertise is misleading at best. Instead of advertising that a car is $5,900 off the MSRP, why not be honest and advertise the car as being $5,000 off the MSRP? I would still buy it and feel much better about the purchase. More

Despite this complicati I utilized the TruCar app. Stephany responded quickly. Unfortunately the truck located was at another dealer had been sold. Despite this complication the team at Jerry's, specifically Blaine and Jeremy, worked with me for many days to make sure we found a truck that met my needs. The atmosphere was relaxed and I appreciated any interaction with the management team was done with me involved, not in a "secret" back room. Mario and Jeremy were the managers I worked with most. My financing questions were answered in detail by Sarah and Wendy helped me settle on some post purchase additions. My trade in value was fair and matched the quote I got at CarMax without dispute. Overall my experience was very positive and Blaine, my assigned salesperson made my pick up special. He had a great sense of humor and made any bumps along the way bearable. I would do business with them again. More
