Jarrett Abel was very professional. Mechanic dropped the ball. One of items to fix was low tire pressure indicator. Mechanic said didnt fix because wasnt working when brought in -DA! Ca Mechanic dropped the ball. One of items to fix was low tire pressure indicator. Mechanic said didnt fix because wasnt working when brought in -DA! Car tag on front of vehicle was bent outwards after wash. When I paid my bill the girl had to yell at one of several guys leaning against the wall to please get my vehicle. My family has bought 4 new vehicles over the past 14 years from James Wood. Might be looking to go elsewhere for next purchase. More
