The mechanic failed to reset the DIC after changing the oil and other fluids. I will be calling tomorrow to find out how to reset those data so I know my oil life. I was blessed to be given a Woods/Cadillac mug for my car by one of the Cadillac sales ladies. I'm sorry I did not get her name. I used it that night! Having the snacks in the waiting area is a generous complement for those awaiting vehicles being serviced. My blood sugar dropped to a dangerous level while I waited. I age two packs of crackers to get it back to normal. It is always an overall good experience coming to Woods Cadillac. I just wished the gauges had been reset on my car. More

The appointment was set for 2 pm, but I had to wait for at least 15-20 minutes before a service advisor arriv the service for my Chevy Traverse 2024. The appointment was set for 2 pm, but I had to wait for at least 15-20 minutes before a service advisor arrived. After the service, we didn’t receive a call to pick up the car. I had to call to find out that the vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, it wasn’t washed or vaccinated and was returned in its original dirty condition. Overall, the lack of communication and attention to detail was very frustrating. More
