Had an issue with my air conditioning unit in my truck. It was an intermittent issue so it had to be "tracked down" so to speak over a couple days. They ended up replacing a sensor that seemed to fix it. W It was an intermittent issue so it had to be "tracked down" so to speak over a couple days. They ended up replacing a sensor that seemed to fix it. When I went to pick the truck up I started it and sure enough the issue came back. So I brought it home and took it back in the next morning. The ended up replacing a second sensor and that was evidenlly the ticket because it's been working great ever since. The cool thing is, they did not charge me for the second sensor (different one than the one they originally replaced) nor the labor charge for replacing it. Being retired and on a fixed income that was really helpful! Gaven, the service rep and the technicians tracked the problem down. More

Only issue we have, is scheduling. Seemed odd. As soon as we arrive first question was do you have an appointment? Again a little odd. We did not schedule the appointment, arrived as the doors were opening at 7 am, and did not have any problems with getting service quickly More
