Samantha very professional at attending me communications was outstanding! Give her a raise and move her up to Service Manager! My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado received an update the Technicians were done with was outstanding! Give her a raise and move her up to Service Manager! My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado received an update the Technicians were done with it in a faster time than promised James Wood has always been my choice for Purchase and Servicing! The rest dont know about the best! Way to go everyone involved keep up the good work! Great customer service is a lost art but James Wood keeps it real! Gave them 10 stars and a dynamite out of sight because they treat people right! Hard Work really pays off! Go get your parts from Trish she is so sweet put her into Parts management team she deserves it and then some.
