Had my oil changed but something was missed/not tightened. Oil leaked all under the pickup, leaked onto my driveway and onto my garage floor. I brought it in the next morning, the plug or filter or tightened. Oil leaked all under the pickup, leaked onto my driveway and onto my garage floor. I brought it in the next morning, the plug or filter or whatever was leaking had stopped leaking but oil was left all over the oil pan, block and frame. More

As always excellent service. The only thing that comes to mind is when they come across a inspection item that has been changed/replaced already, when they mark "FAIR" on the it The only thing that comes to mind is when they come across a inspection item that has been changed/replaced already, when they mark "FAIR" on the item can they make a comment that item was replaced or changed by owner? Yes it might require the service tech or service rep to contact the owner. That way all of the records would be up to date. Just a thought. More
