Unfortunately, I can only give a fair rating with the situation that incurred. There's no reason to go into detail, but there's a quality control issue within the operation of the service and repair depa situation that incurred. There's no reason to go into detail, but there's a quality control issue within the operation of the service and repair departments. Not only was the original service not satisfied, but the vehicle was damaged in the process on two different occasions. After 8 weeks of service, you would have thought the service department would have emphasized that they wanted the vehicle detailed and inspected before pickup, but that wasn't the case either. I have spoken to two other people that has experienced the same service and questioning if we will return until things change. More
