We live in Galveston and on a planned visit to the Dallas area our Yukon showed an emission warning indicator about 30 miles out of Dallas. This was late on a Thursday afternoon. We were only staying for 2 d area our Yukon showed an emission warning indicator about 30 miles out of Dallas. This was late on a Thursday afternoon. We were only staying for 2 days and the first dealer we contacted said that they would need one whole day just to analyze the problem - not acceptable! We then called James Wood and Gavin told us to bring it in early the next morning. The problem was analyzed by 9am and repaired by 2pm. Much better service than your competitor - thank you! More
