This dealer should not try to sell cars if they can’t do online financing. The communication with our sales rep was minimal as I had to ask for updates every step of the process. It should not take 5 days to finalize a car deal, especially for someone preapproved. None the less, the car is fine, but already needs to be taken in to the shop for maintenance due to some minor features that should/could have been repaired prior to resale. More
