Rachel is BEYOND my favorite SA! She is smart, friendly, and always able to make sure my vehicle has what it needs to keep running! In truth though, the ENTIRE team is exceptional! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. 9 MONTHS HAVING MY VEHICLE, THEY CALL AND SAY ITS READY. I GO TO PICK IT UP AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. THE COOLANT PUMP WAS OUT. THIS DEALERSH 9 MONTHS HAVING MY VEHICLE, THEY CALL AND SAY ITS READY. I GO TO PICK IT UP AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. THE COOLANT PUMP WAS OUT. THIS DEALERSHIP PUT AN OLD COOLANT PUMP ON A BRAND-NEW MOTOR. I PERSONALLY, WOULD HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER TO ASK IF THEY WANTED A NEW PUMP ON A NEW MOTOR. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. ZERO FOLLOW UP CALLS, THE SERVICE TECH WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS OR ANSWER THE PHONE. ONCE I FINALLY GOT UPSET THE SERVICE MANAGER STEPPED UP (DOUG) THANK YOU.. More
