They fought for me I got into a really bad car accident on the night of my birthday, and I lost my car. So having lost my car and having limited time in looking for a new or used car, it was a really hard time for me. I also do not have the greatest credit. I knew looking for ANY kind of car was going to be unbelievably difficult. I first went to Boch Nissan and wasn't really treated well. It was a really bad experience and I just left feeling discouraged. Then it occurred to me that I should have gone to the dealership where the Service department has taken care of the Honda CR-V that I lost in the accident. I moved to Boston about 8 years ago and have always had my car serviced at Honda Village. They have always been amazing to me and for me. Helping me out when I really needed it. Making things happen for me when I was stuck or in a bind, they made it possible. Trusting that Honda Village had always serviced my car with such integrity and compassion, I wanted to see how they would be in Sales. I met Joshua Fink. Joshua was kind and a gentleman. He listened to my situation and he helped me find something that I didn't even know I was looking for..I also didn't feel like I deserved it. I told him about my bad credit and he said that it wasn't going to be impossible and that he would fight for me in looking for a car that I wanted and be happy with it. He was right. He helped me find a beautiful used 2011 Acura RDX. When it got to the financial end of things, I met Mark O'Toole. He also fought for me. Because of my poor credit, he really fought for me to have the best bank finance the car at a monthly cost that was reasonable. He was also great to work with. All in all, I am supremely humbled and honored by how Joshua and Mark took such good care of me. They showed me so much respect, consideration, and were so courteous. Joshua really did make sure everything in the buying process and even now, in having the car, he has made sure I am safe and happy. I cannot thank Joshua, Mark, and everyone at Honda Village enough for their time, energy, and service.
