Joshua Fink is an excellent customer representative I purchased a new 2017 Honda Accord from this dealership with Joshua Fink as my salesperson. He is an amazing salesperson, genuine person and a customer representative. Those descriptions may sound too closely related but I am telling you that he is a true customer advocate - I will describe an example below. Frankly, I wanted to give the dealership 3 stars after the other nonsense but I couldn't in good conscience after all of the work that he has done. The dealership has some nice features such as loaner vehicles, nice service advisers and a good waiting area with drinks but they are some issues that I have had over the years. I sought Josh out after reading reviews about him online and I was glad I did. The entire sales process with him was very fair and straightforward with honest opinions from him. I am an options guy. That much I know he could tell but he was clear in what he thought would not be a good buy vs. what should be a good to have - absolutely no oversell for useless, expensive junk. He assisted when I had questions for the service manager about the transfer of my GuidePoint system - he was literally there with me. He assisted everywhere and anywhere he could. But what put him over the top for me was the situation that occurred when two options that I ordered were not in stock and had to be ordered. He stayed in communication with me for over a month after the main sale was over - via text messaging and calls. He made sure the parts were ordered. He also worked with me on getting the loaner set up for the parts installation when he told me that they came in. A couple hours after dropping my vehicle off and taking the loaner, I was called by Service and told that one of the parts was still not in stock, it may not have been ordered and they would try to overnight it. I was disgusted and irritated. I live about 20 miles from the dealership and due to my family/work situation doing this loaner swap was a major hassle that I did not mind doing because at least this purchase would be brought to a conclusion and now this? I would have to work this out all over again with my boss and re-juggle my family commitments just because they couldn't tell if a part was really in or not? When would I get my car back? I might have to keep the loaner longer simply because I could not make it back to the dealership for a couple of days if they couldn't get my car back to me the same day. I notified Josh via text message and within 10 minutes I was getting a call from Service saying that the parts had been found and the car would be ready the same day! He had intervened on my behalf and made sure this was completely resolved. He offered additional help if needed. If you want someone who is beyond just making a sale, filling a quota and dropping you like a hot potato Joshua Fink is the man! I plan to buy an SUV at some point, maybe a Pilot. I will consider Honda Village again simply because of my experience with him! More

The sales Manager at Honda Village went above and beyond to find me the exact car that I wanted and for a price that could not be beat. What I enjoyed most is that there was no need to negotiate price as I knew the price I was given was a very fair price. My sales associate JB was the best. He explained everything to me and again there was no pressure to buy anything I did not want. He was also a great person and made buying a car very relaxing. When I picked up my car a few days later JB went over everything with me. I had never really thought about going to Honda Village but now I don't think I would ever get a Honda anywhere else. I would also recommend them to my friends. Thanks David and JB for making the whole experience great. More

The highlight was one of the driver's who took me home on the Courtesy Shuttle. I appreciate a positive attitude, free coffee and popcorn, and the convenience of the free shuttle. I also was very glad to find out about future repairs needed on my car. I would not have my car serviced at the dealership as their labor costs are too high, but I trust the experience of the technicians who inspected my car. More
