It's been 4 days now, I haven't heard from none of Honda Representatives. I walked in the building all the time, Kendall the sale manager I signed the papers with always ignores me and works away while I am talking to her. This has been going on since January and you expect me to believe that someone will be in touch with me.

Melissa, As our management team has explained to you, in person and over the phone, there are limits to what we are able to change from your original deal contract in November. Your concerns were addressed and we have attempted to provide you with the information to solve your upholstery stains. There is a solution available to you if you follow the required steps in your contract. We hope you take the time to submit the necessary documentation to the insurance company to resolve your concerns.

My concerns have never been addressed since January, you guys are trying to turn the public focus away from the real conversation. The conversation here is about how you guys have used people identity to steal from them. On November 13. 2021, a woman went to Honda Village in Washington Street, Newton MA with an approval letter from Capital One, a $9,000.00 cash, a well searched red color CRV 2022 with a credit score of.... You guys have assigned her to work with Mohamed who gave her a document to sign for him to check her credit score. You have instead used that document to send loans requests to many different banks other than Capital One. By doing so, you guys have managed to bring her credit score to a record low so you could charge her an APR of more than 12%, made her believe that credit score has disqualify her for the CRV that she searched and forced her into a car that is too small for her family. That car HR-V 2022 you forced her to take was about $24,000 which is the exact loan that you guys requested from Capital one, you have also took her $9,000.00 cash and charged her over $45,000.00 for that car. In every pages of your contract you have put together, you mentioned:" You get charged this amount of money $... because of your credit score". That woman has been banking with Capital One Bank for years, she has had a credit score of...and had applied for the loan herself at Capital One and was approved for the loan from Capital One to buy the CRV that she had chosen. You guys are WELL ORGANIZED THIEVES, everyone who are reading this, I am asking you please to save all the innocent people out there who need to buy a car from HONDA VILLAGE 371 Washington Street, Newton, MA 02458 by copying and paste this message to every SOCIAL MEDIA platform you have access to, including the news stations to stop these thieves from destroying other people's life.
