Great service, timely repairs, and no surprises...I'm happy! I thought I was in need of a simple oil change so I set up an appointment with Honda Village. The day before the appointment my check engine light il I thought I was in need of a simple oil change so I set up an appointment with Honda Village. The day before the appointment my check engine light illuminated (not the wrench light...but the engine light). That had me pretty worried. Calvin, the service writer, was very accommodating. He immediately set me up with a shuttle ride back to my home. And within a couple of hours he had the scheduled maintenance work completed and my check engine diagnosed. The "check engine" repair was covered under warranty and my car repairs were done quickly. No more worries. The service department knocked the ball out of the park on this visit; the whole process was painless. I am a very happy camper as a result!! Thank you Calvin. Brought my car in for an oil change and was very impressed with the whole experience. After a complete check of the car it was found that the rear brakes needed replacement. Joe P. the Service Manager explained in detail and even showed me on demo piece what was wrong. I was very impressed by his knowledge, patience and friendliness. I feel that Joe is a great asset to Honda Village and I will always bring my car there and tell my friends and family to also. It is hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust but because of Joe and his true caring I no longer need to look. Great customer care by Joe and I couldn't be happier. More
