I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Accord at Honda Village in Newton, MA. This was my fourth Honda new car purchase. The last three Honda's were purchased at Honda Village. The staff are very curteous, patient and don't apply any "pressure" on the customer to purchase immediately. I also have my cars serviced in Honda Village's Service Dept. I find the staff there also very curteous and they give you a complete description of any mechanical problems and how they are going to be fixed. I have recommended family and friends to Honda Village and they too were very pleased with the service. More
HORRIBLE experience at Honda Village. The sales people were nice but very inexperienced. I was told about many features in the car that I later learned only existed on newer and higher priced models. It's the managers and people who work on the financing that are terrible. After being mislead about my monthly payment and interest rate, I signed the papers and gave a check for the down payment. I went to talk to the financial manager and was told I would not be able to use my own financing and was pressured into signing papers for a car I could no longer afford. I told him that I no longer wanted to purchase the car and was told I had no choice. At this point I was crying in the office and arguing for over and hour. The manager continued to insult and berate me (called me "sweetie")and told me I was "completely naive about the entire process." I ended up leaving in tears, getting home and immediately cancelling the check. Every time I called the office to work out this problem, I was given a different manager and a different set of answers. Terrible, terrible experience. Completely unprofessional.Stay away! I ended up purchasing a car at Prime Honda in West Roxbury through Andrew who was wonderful! At many other dealerships I visited in the Boston area, they had all heard similar horror stories about Honda Village. More
What a fantastic experience. I purchased a brand new 2008 Accord EX from Honda Village and had the best car buying experience in my life. They had an extremely inviting atmosphere and were very accomidating to my needs. My salesman was fantastic as he listened to my concerns and clearly knew about the vehicle that I was interested in. I financed through Honda which was very easy. I shopped the other dealerships around here including Bernardi, Boch and Herb Chambers, but Honda Village provided the best value for my $$. I met the service manager Tony and was impressed with their attention to me. Thank you Honda Village for such a great experience! This dealership is AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++++! More

I went to Honda village in Newton, left a deposit on a pre owned car. When I got home I thought about it and realized I did not want the car, because it was not goin to fit my budget.So I tried to get my pre owned car. However the car I was purchasing was never registered, the sales contract says I have 48 hours to back out of the deal and they had not seen my trade yet to fnalize the deal. After several calls nobody returned my phone calls so I went to Honda Village myself and had to argue for 30 min before they finally said they would cut me a check. The mgr's are very unprofessional and I overheard a couple of them speaking and cussing about another customer who was also in the showroom at the time. My brother also has a business and was going to buy 5 new cars in a couple months from their, but I will make sure that he takes his business elsewhere. I can see why this dealership has a bad reputation only reason I went is because its 5 minutes from me. More
At the Honda Village you feel comfortable right from the start. You walk in and meet the receptionist, instead of having 15 sales people waiting like sharks for fresh meat he calls for sales (very amusing start. The experience was very pleasent, I was treated with great respect. This was a quick and painless process and if I needed to I would purchase a car here again. Anyone looking for a new car should seriously consider the Honda Village price is great and staff is extremly friendly. More

I was looking for a 1-2 year old Honda and decided to visit Honda Village. I did not intend to buy a car that day, but after about an hour I knew the car I wanted and I knew that this was the place to b visit Honda Village. The staff at Honda Village was straight forward, friendly and very low pressure. The experience I had there was only surpassed by the great driving experience I've had with my new car!!!
