I had an appointment this morning a 9AM for an oil change service. I arrived at 8:45AM, siad I would wait for my vehicle. I was told it would take less than an hour. I decided to wait for an hour and 15 minutes before checking on the status, at that time I was told that it had not been attended to yetand it would take another 45 minutes to be serviced. Needless to say I waisted 2 hours waiting for the service to be completed. I feel that this express service is not up to your standard. Arnold Rutzer 403-282-4270 More
Very mixed experience. About as different from any other dealership that I've ever visited. Truly a small place atmosphere, doesn't at all strike you like a business. But they are so low key that you don't feel pressured at all. I'd sort of call them the keystone cops because promised dates kept getting missed, in many cases I knew far more about the cars (have had many Hondas) than they did. Didn't build confidence in terms of professionalism, yet there was something homey, nice, about being there, and the sales guy was so much not a salesguy that I enjoyed him. In the last analysis, they knew that I was price-oriented and came to what I needed. Unlike the big dealers, there's really no place to park, they have very small front filled with cars they keep moving all around to not block each other. If I objectively sat back and thought through what I'd want in a dealership, I probably would have bought elsewhere, yet because they were such a strange place, I felt surprisingly comfortable and bought my new Civic there. My real concern is now the fact that they are so strange, can I really trust them to give me truly professional-level service on the car? Then again, we all know that the big guys seem better than they turn out to be in the service arena, so maybe Honda Village will turn out just fine. More
hi, first off i feel like i should mention that this is a real review, though i can't prove it obviously. i can't stand how many dealership reviews are clearly planted by staff. believe me, i'm as surprise real review, though i can't prove it obviously. i can't stand how many dealership reviews are clearly planted by staff. believe me, i'm as surprised as anyone i'm giving a dealership a 5 rating. i really really really did not want to go to a dealership. i knew exactly what car i wanted (nissan versa) and looked at several from craigslist but all were too good to be true. my dad found what looked like a fantastic deal on cars.com. the car was at honda village and the reviews i saw here were not very good. we went in extremely skeptical and prepared to duke it out with someone, but alex was very straight forward and honest. the internet price was the price. and it was a fair one. no fuss. no jerking around. when it came time for financing, it got a little more complicated, but i'm fairly certain i didn't get screwed. i was prepared to say no to any extras they offered, as they are always a certain rip-off. they got me though. some package of extended warrenty and some other xx actually lowered my interest rate 3% and my payments ended up being lower, even though i bought into the extra stuff. shady? yes. and weird. but the finance guy insisted it was legit, the extra warranty is an incentive for the bank. we'll see. anyway, this whole process was about 1000 times smoother than i expected. these guys are still car salesmen and i'll never ever really trust car salesmen, but i have to say i am extremely satisfied with my purchace and my experience at honda village. We were in the market for a preowned car, and spent several hours at Honda Village looking at a preowned Odyssey. I had a very pleasant experience. Salesman Ivo Petrov was courteous, informative and helpful. He was very patient as we needed to drive the car several times and return to the store three times to be certain. At no point did he put any pressure on us. I also found David Rodriguez, a sales manager, to be courteous and helpful. The overall atmosphere in the store was pleasant. Based on my experience, I would recommend Honda Village to someone else in the market for a preowned vehicle. More
I am shopping for a new mini-van. I did an online quote with them. Initially the saleperson was very polite and followed up with me. However, when I started to negotiate and told him what price my friend with them. Initially the saleperson was very polite and followed up with me. However, when I started to negotiate and told him what price my friend got from them, he became very rude. My fried also gave me a copy of the sales contract. If you can't agree on the price, just say no and don't have to be rude. How can you do business with someone who even can't keep professionalism? Pleas avoid this dealer if possible. More
I have leased two cars (Accords) from Honda Village and I have to say their lease prices are always better than what you can find at other local dealers and on Honda.com. I just leased my second car and came have to say their lease prices are always better than what you can find at other local dealers and on Honda.com. I just leased my second car and came home to find a scratch on the front part of the car. After talking with Bob Levinson, the manager of Honda Village, I was pleased to learn that he would take care of the situation and offered a loaner car while they fixed mine. This is a good example of a company valuing repeat customers and word of mouth. I would recommend this dealership because in the end it all comes down to price and how you are treated from the salesperson to the managers. Simon More

Alright.... where to start, I purchased a vehicle Alright.... where to start, I purchased a vehicle from this so called establishment over a year ago. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD at a dea Alright.... where to start, I purchased a vehicle from this so called establishment over a year ago. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD at a dealership. I purhcased a 2006 honda civic from them new. They asked me to sign blank contracts, hahaha. The next day I tried to get out of the deal because I realized I had gotten screwed. They told me they had already taken my trade in to the auction (it was also a 2006, it didn't go to the auction). The sales manager dave was a complete xxxxxxx. When i told him what my problem was and that i either wanted to re-negotiate numbers or i wanted my car back he told me and i quote - We have deep pockets so you can exercise any option you would like, im not giving you your car back. Meanwhile this car wasn't even registered yet. no inspection sticker no nothing. Then General manager bob than came over and acted like a pompous you know what. To make a long story short i contacted the owner directly who is ray ciccola and told him my situation, he then told me he would give me $1,000. That was the discrepancy i was arguing to begin with. The entire place with the exception of edwin cifuentes is the most arrogant rude unproffesional placed ive ever done business with. ABSOLUTELY NOT IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY! More

Bob Levinson, who is the sales manager at Honda Village is the most knowledgeable, pleasant and professional person we have ever met in the automoble business. He is a wonderful role model for those who want to have integrity, honesty and fairness in business dealings. Zac helped in the trial run of the Honda Accord Xl and informed us about how things worked and all the special acoutrements. A delightful and earnest young man. After we decided to purchase the car and inquired about extended warranties, we had comparative information from Dan. He was very helpful in our deciding which package to purchase. We have never enjoyed purchasing a car as much as we did yesterday. Today, we had the joy of riding home in our new car, feeling great about our selection and the staff that helped us in doing so. Honda Village does business in the fair-minded, respectful, helpful and pleasant way my father and brothers always did. They are a wonderful role model for all businesses. We highly recommend them to our family and friends. Be sure to have the pleasure of meeting Bob Levinson. The entire staff is superb and this goes from the top down. They have renewed our faith in doing business today. More
I had a very good experience, overall. Customer service was very good. The only thing I would recommend is that Honda Village should arrange getting a car inspection completed before the customer picks was very good. The only thing I would recommend is that Honda Village should arrange getting a car inspection completed before the customer picks up the new car at the dealership. This was not done when I picked up my brand new CRV and it would have been easier if Honda arranged it beforehand. More
