On behalf of Honda Village, let me apologize for any misunderstanding we may have caused. While there are two sides to every story, we obviously failed to properly explain to you during your visit that when a MA dealer purchases a CA registered vehicle, the dealer doesn't send anything to the CA RMV but under CA RMV rules, the seller must submit an online form if they are still receiving notices from CA. In addition, it is our policy per privacy laws that we store away all paperwork in a secure area, which is why the manager that you spoke with was unable to retrieve your information when you called.
