I just purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from Anthony Palladino. It was the most pleasurable experience I have had with a salesperson. Mr. Palladino was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I sold my car to Honda Village in 2008 and they never provided me with any docs or record of sale. It was registered with CA DMV at the time and I have received a notice of delinquent renewal several tim provided me with any docs or record of sale. It was registered with CA DMV at the time and I have received a notice of delinquent renewal several times despite having filed the appropriate paperwork on MY end of the sale. I've contacted the dealership several times to see what they are doing to remedy their side of the problem and they refuse to help with the matter, look up the record of the sale, and take any responsibility for the transaction. I asked them what their protocol is when a car is sold to them from a private seller and they claim there is no protocol and they are not partly responsible for reporting release of liability and bill of sale to the appropriate DMV. I beg to differ if they are reselling a car registered in CALIFORNIA to a buyer in MASSACHUSETTS. These guys are simply useless and uncooperative. I would NEVER buy or sell with them again! More
I have never had a bad experience at Honda Village in Newton. Their customer service is excellant. They have an extremely busy service area but always take the time to answer a question or explain in lay Newton. Their customer service is excellant. The transport service is so convenient and allows me to go to work and not have to take a day off due to car repairs. Their driver Nick is very friendly and entertaining. Hats off to Honda Village! I found Honda Village to be very customer centric. They kept asking if there was anything else I needed. They provided me with a loaner car...very promptly and called me at my office when the repair was co kept asking if there was anything else I needed. I have been a customer for over ten years. My husband and I both use the service department and now so does our new driving son with his second hand car. I got the quote from the internet and they hold the price well. After I agreed the price, they pushed me to pay the down payment without financial detail (rate…) When the time that I need to sign the documen well. Also the rate is more 2% higher than market rate. And put me in 5 years loan which I do not need. Car delivery process is clean. they do have the small lot, so make sure you make the appoitment to them to get the car there before you come in. it is the dealship, so even it is good experience in the beginning, pay attention all the details. We had really bad experience with a dealer rep. We felt we were very pressured to buy a car. Did not show other options like leasing, instead gave very high downpayment option for leasing, though the their we were very pressured to buy a car. He made us to write a check for our offer when we said we will be paying cash, as if he did not belive we will not keep up with our offer. We ended up not buying there, and the rep seemed very annoyed, not even a fake smile!!I will never reccomend Hondavillage to anyone. More
Bait and switch at its best. Like most of us with hectic lives, I do the majority of my shopping / research on line.
