I knew I wanted to buy a 2009 Honda Accord LX before the Mass tax increase. It was comfortable coming back to Honda Village, where I'd previously purchased 3 Honda Accords. Manny Zabatta was my salesman g Mass tax increase. It was comfortable coming back to Honda Village, where I'd previously purchased 3 Honda Accords. Manny Zabatta was my salesman guiding me through the entire process, answering all my questions. My trade-in was 10 years old, and I wanted to test drive a new LX. The demo that day was an LX-P (bold beige). My wife and I fell in love with it. However, no more "bold beige" in inventory. We asked Manny if the demo could be purchased (though it had 600 miles on it). He said yes, and we quickly agreed on a price my wife and I felt was fair. But he said he would need a day or two for his crew to thoroughly go through a checklist with the demo as if it had just come from the factory. At Manny's recommendation, we asked for body side molding (added cost). Also he noticed a slight blemish on a rear panel which he had the crew take care of (no cost). Manny informed us that all new-car warranties would apply. When I returned to pick up the car, I decided I wanted to have the exterior glass-coated (added cost). No problem. 3 hours later I drove the car home. It's 4 weeks later and my wife and I are extremely satisfied with our purchase. The additional features of the LX-P (vs LX) are appreciated -- especially the electric 5-way adjustable drivers seat. Manny has followed up twice already to see if everything's OK. More

Buying my new car from honda village was a great experience overall. The employees who worked with my wife and I were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to find the answers to our ques experience overall. Bob was a little long-winded but he was extremely friendly and patient as it took us a while to finally decide whether or not to commit to buying the car. He stayed with us at the dealership until 11:45pm to help us finish everything. Howard (i forgot his last name) was also very helpful; he was the first salesman to help us and kept in contact with us when we wanted to test drive a different configuration of the model we ended up buying. I went to Honda Village after looking at a bunch of dealerships. I think the first thing I noticed was that Bob (the dealer who handled my car sale) was friendly and cooperative right off the bat. As a 64 year old single retired teacher, I was not anxious to purchase a new car. Besides, I adored my 1992 Honda Accord and had complete trust in my Honda Village service department. (I had taught one of the service managers years ago.) Joe and Calvin, have always been truthful, direct, and given me my "loyal customer" discount. Although I truly loved my Accord, upcoming work meant it really was time to move on. I had done an "edmunds.com" search and Honda Village actually gave me the best e-price and Svet was the e-person at Honda Village. He was respectful and comfortable to work with. He listened well to all my specifics and worked extremely hard to get me close to the price I wanted to pay. He took care of all the tiny details (including returning my old plates to the registry) and went over everything with me, recommending the extras he really did think I needed. And - he got me my promotional Starbucks givt card! I adore this man, his efforts, and style. I know, if there are any issues, I can easily go to him. And, I do have to say, that all the people at Honda Village - Adam, at reception, Fran in parts, Joe and Manny in finance and business, all service people, even James, another sales person, who was wishing me well during this process- are people you appreciate and genuinely like. Thank you, Svet, and Honda Village. I must say, you do feel like family. I know when my cousin is ready to buy his Insight this winter, I will be bringing him to Svet. And, I'll probably be bringing in chocolate-chip cookies for the gang, when I come in for my 5,000 mile check up. I love my Honda Insight! Time to go drive to aerobics! More
