Words are inadequate to express the wonderful expereince I had at Honda Village. After having gone to two other dealerships in the area I was prepared for the worst but recevied the absolute BEST customer I had at Honda Village. Every person that I dealt with (from Adam in Customer Service, to Ivo in the Finance Dept to Sales Associate Chris Wilcox) was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgable. I phoned Chris the day before I came in and told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay for it. Chris advised me that he thought we could come to terms and even personally went to the off site lot to have the van I wanted on site when I arrived the next day. He was pleasant and professional and so easy to deal with. We quickly came to an agreement that was far better then I had received at the other dealers. Within 48 hours I picked up my new van. The entire process was seamless and effortless on my part, thanks to the dedicated employees at Honda Village. More

We visited a couple of Honda dealers in the area and were not satisfied. We decided to go to Honda Village (miles out of our way) and were very satisfied with our experience. Heavy pressure to buy the day I walked in to this first dealer to start test driving different cars, despite my verbalizing I didn't want to buy that day. It took 2 weeks to have the amount refunded to my acct despite several calls and assurances it was being done. Was given $600. more for the trade-in than this dealer offered. More

I had leased my last car form Honda Village and had received excellent service. I had brought my car in to be checked prior to my end of lease inspection and while there began discussing option for a n received excellent service. He was very patient and very helpful in discussing the options of the different cars I was looking at. After settling on my car I was also helped by Edwin, whom I remembered from three years ago when I leased my first car from Honda Village. Both gentlemen were very personable and helpful and made for a pleasurable purchasing experience. I would certainly do business with Honda Village in the future again. More
I am very happy that I chose Honda Village to buy my new Civic VP. I was looking for a manual transmission, which is rare, and not only was I able to get a fantastic price for a manual VP but Alex also put Civic VP. I was looking for a manual transmission, which is rare, and not only was I able to get a fantastic price for a manual VP but Alex also put extra effort into finding the ONLY manual VP in MA with the color I wanted! He even dropped off the car in front of my home when he noticed I was having difficulty clearing time in my schedule to pick it up!!! If you are like me - hate personal confrontations and dealing with over-caffeinated high-pressure salespeople - ask to talk to Alex. He must be the zen-master of car sales. He described the car, it's features, possible additional options in detail but calmly and was very unintrusive about it. He made me feel very easy about saying no to any of these extras (I didn't want any) and didn't push the matter any further at all. In general every intricacy of the process was explained and all my concerns addressed in a very friendly fashion. In the end I bought a car I wanted at a great price, financed it through the manufacturer's incentive 1.9% financing, had no bogus fees or unneeded extras sneaked into my deal, had a pleasant experience in the showroom and had the car delivered to my doorstep. I seriously can't think what else can a car buyer wish for! More
I found Bob McGrath to be incredibly knowledgeable about your cars. I learned alot from him. I also found him to be quite personable,straight forward and honest. What more could one ask for? He made sure I knew everything that I needed to know about my vehicle.He even pre-set my sterio to my favorite stations, talk about taking care of a customer right down to that kind of detail! You are lucky to have him. And then there is Edwin....he is another asset t hat you have. Being a first time "leaser" he took the time to explain it all to me in detail until he knew I understood. Going in there not knowing anything meeting up with Edwin sure did help me. Overall I would say my experience there was wonderful.Everyone should have a Honda, I LOVE this car. More
The experience I had buying my pre-owned Honda Odyssey from Honda Village was smooth and uneventful, which is just how I like it. I attribute the success of my purchase to the helpful sales associate, Bob Mc Grath. Bob spent quite a bit of his time with me explaining the features and benefits of the Odyssey over the phone. This worked well for me because I was unable to spend multiple hours driving to different dealerships. I was able to test drive the van, negotiate a price, and purchase it in around a hour. The next day, Bob drove the vehicle to NH for me so that I could take possession in my state of residence. The only hiccup in the process was that the low beams didn't work the day after I took possession. I gave Bob a call, brought the van to the service department, and had a fuse fixed free of charge in a matter of minutes thanks to Tony and Calvin. Couldn't be happier with my new ride and the service from Honda Village and Bob McGrath. More
