I had been searching for a pre-owned Honda Accord Coupe for a couple months and visited a few different dealerships (that I wasn't all the impressed with) and Honda Village exceeded all my expecations! He really knows his stuff and listened to my wants and needs and got me into the perfect car! Hence, I was very pleasantly surprised during my recent experience at Honda Village, where NONE OF THIS happened. I went in a couple of weeks ago, sat down with Ivo Petrov – the business manager – and we started to look at options. He took all the time in the world to explore various possibilities with me and, a little more than two hours later, I ended up leasing a Honda CRV. The great thing is that he made the whole experience wonderful: he is very competent, understood very well my needs, presented me with various alternatives, clearly spelling out the numbers for me, and never once he pressured me to sign a contract or to add a more expensive feature to the car I ended up getting. His other colleagues who helped me out (to look at various options in the lot and to test drive the CRV) were also very pleasant to work with. Delightful. The car drives great and I know for a fact that I will be back at Honda Village for my next car, and I will highly recommend it to my friends! More

Buying a new car was not in my plans at all. However, in March, my 2005 vehicle was totaled by fallen tree during the storms. I went to Nissan first, did a test drive, then walked to Honda. After spending about 5 minutes there, I knew that I would be purchasing the Honda CRV. Their staff -- from receptionist to sales, were so personable, patient, and non-intimidating. The salesperson, Bob McGrath, addressed every question and concern that I had. He was very informative about the vehicle operation, features, and all the options that were available for me. In addition, Mr. McGrath extended his services to have my car ready for me before the anticipated date and he met me at Hertz rental with my new car! It was sparkling and so clean inside and out. When I decided to go look for a new car I drove by Honda Newton dealership on a Saturday mid-morning. This being my third dealership for the past 2 weeks I was greeted by Manny. Told Manny what I was looking for and he immediately took me to a few options. Test drove three cars and decided to get the one of the used cars. Manny was extremely friendly and was very easy to talk too. Didn't waste any time to take me to the type of cars I was looking for and showed me all the features of each used car which they weren't Honda's at all. When we went to talk about finance Manny was able to get a great trade-in price of my old car and payments were a little below what I could afford which was great... I was able to get all paperwork done that day so I could pickup my new car on Monday morning!!! This experience has been by far the easiest most car purchase I've ever done... Whenever my friends and family ask me where I got the car I tell them recommend Manny from Honda Newton hooked me up with a great deal without the hassle!!! More

I contacted the dealer on a Sunday and spoke with a salesman Bob McGrath. Bob was very friendly on the phone and sent me an e-mail to answer some questions I had. Later that day I sent an additional e-mail with an offer and was surprised that I got a response after the dealership had closed. The following day we came to terms on a price that I was extremely satisfied with. The dealer was an hour away so I was clear to Mr. McGrath that we would be under some time constraints when I came in. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership with our 2 kids, Bob treated us so kindly. He was so nice to my kids and took the time to introduce us by name to anyone in the dealership we interacted with. Bob had the vehicle we were interested in waiting for us, prepped for a test drive. He gave us time to consult with each other to make sure this deal was for us. Bob was never pressuring and very accomodating to my time contraints. I felt that after filling out my initial paperwork it took an inordinate amount of time to finally meet with the finance manager to complete the sale. This was a cash sale with no trade involved so I felt that waiting 1.5 hours to meet with him was excessive. During this time though Bob was working hard to ensure the car was properly prepped before we left and he continually checked back in with me, I felt this part was out of his hands. The dealership has to mail me my registration and has assured me they will reimburse me for my inspection which was unable to be completed at the time of purchase. I am sure they will come through. One thing I must tell you is that Bob McGrath knew the car we were buying inside and out, he seemed to know about the most minor details about the cars features. He was like a walking owners manual, I truly wish I had more time to spend with him learning about the car. I noticed the car was missing a master key but upon advising Bob of this he has assured me that he will take care of it and get one to me. Bob McGrath seemed genuinely concerned about making me happy with this sale and also ensuring that my impression of the dealership was a positive one. I would recommend that if you are in the market for a great used car at a great price you call Honda Village and ask to deal with Bob McGrath he is an asset to Honda Village. More
