Honda Village

I walked into this dealership more so on a whim and not really thinking I'd be leaving with a new car. I had not been in the market for a new car, but my mom was visiting that weekend and suggested we see really thinking I'd be leaving with a new car. We were met with Keva Williams, who was very friendly and warm. She asked a lot of questions to get a good sense of my situation and what would be a good fit for me. I did not feel like I was dealing with a 'car salesman' in the negative sense of the title. She was extremely down to earth, relatable and sincere. When I left the dealership, I was the owner of a 2012 Civic EX. This was made possible with the help of Joe Chang in the finance department. I did not have the best history with Honda Finance in the past, but Joe worked hard to not let my past mistakes affect my chances of driving off with a new car that day. His diligence and persuasion with the bank was much appreciated- and effective. His personable demeanor also made me very comfortable speaking to him about past financial issues. Overall, both employees were extremely helpful and made my experience at Honda Village a positive one. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a Honda to visit this dealership and specifically recommend Joe and Keva to guarantee a great experience. More

Keva was fantastic. I am a recent grad student with a lot of student loans and a limited budget. I went in looking for something affordable, not fancy or expensive. I felt like she was advocating for me and looking out for my interests through the whole process. Not only did she work to get me a terrific deal but she made sure it was with a car that I love! Keva and everyone at Honda Village were great to work with. I had a couple of price quotes from other dealers and Keva agreed to match the best one over the phone. Keva met us when we walked in and right away we were glad to work with her. She is very warm and personable, and not at all pushy. She took us on a test drive and knew all about the Pilot and answered all of our questions. She didn't have the color combo that we wanted on the lot but she found one in a shipment that arrived that afternoon. Price negotiations were simple and not at all adversarial. We settled on an excellent price and had a nice conversation while doing it. Trade-in was fair and simple. I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with Keva. The fact that my stranger-anxious 10-month old daughter fell in love with Keva didn't hurt, either. At the very end, Keva realized that one of my credit references had purchased a car at Honda Village and she got my friend the $200 referral reward without my asking about it or even knowing that a rewards program existed. At the end, we realized that delivery of the car would need to happen on her day off, and she happily committed to come in to help us get the car set up. Bob did the finance work with me and he was also nice to deal with. He presented all the options and didn't get aggressive when I declined. He was willing to work with me on pricing and the fact that we couldn't come to an agreement on some options didn't cause a problem or detract from the experience. Alex was the sales manager and he was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, I couldn't be happier. I will recommend Keva and Honda Village in future without any reservations. More

I own an auto repair shop so i know a good vehicle when i see one. I buy parts from Honda Village so over the years i have created a good relationship with some of the stuff. I had mentioned to them that i was looking for specific vehicle so i wanted them to let me know if they come across one. They didn't have one in stock so they said that they would keep an eye out for me. A few days later i received a phone call telling that they have a vehicle that is a must see.I was busy at the time so i said i will take a look at it on their website pictures and call them back. I called Petter a couple of days later and told that i wanted to see the vehicle in person but because i was busy i would appreciate it if he drove the car over to me? Not only he said yes but asked me when it would be a good time to do that. After we made arrangements he was there on the dot. The car as good as promised if no better (practically new). I gave him a check with an offer to present to his manager and told him that i would go over after work to finalise the details. After work i went to the dealership and we finalised everything i a very short time. They took care of all the paper work and called me when the vehicle was ready with a sticker and everything completed. To sum it all up:If you now what you are looking for, let these guys know and stop waisting endless amount of time looking for it. They DELIVER and they make it EASY ! Thank You Honda Village Team. i went to Honda Village Newton to change my trunk release cable. They charged me $275 for labor for 2,5 half hours. Part was $26. Total around $303 with tax. I checked online.
