Hands down best customer service i've ever had. Ivo goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right pricing for your car, he wouldn't stop unless he knows he's approved of his work. We even had doubts that we wouldn't of accomplished our goal but thanks to both Ivo and Keva they kicked that doubt through the door. The positiveness that they tossed on us just made me put my trust in them even more. Eva makes u so comfortable you forget your at a dealers sight trying to buy a car. Her expertise in customer service is by far the best i've seen so far, makes u feel at home, knows what she's doing and she keeps u up to date on everything. It is because of these two key factors that I found Peter Ly a refreshing pleasure to work with during the purchase of my Odyssey Touring Elite. I must admit, as a loyal Lexus and Acura owner, I didn't expect much in the way of personal service from a Honda dealership but Peter delivered this and more. I had a good idea of what I considered a fair price and Peter/Honda Village respected this and worked with me in a rapid and fair manner to arrive at a price that everyone considered to be equatable. The whole sales process took less than an hour - including the documentation. We were on the road with the new car the same day! Kudos to a well oiled process. More
This is the second car I've purchased from Honda Village, the newest one is a 2012 Honda Pilot and the previous one was a 2007 Accord. I found this dealership to be more personal and less high volume than some of the larger dealers in the area. The price after some negotiation seems to be fair, not necessarily the lowest price but the convenience and reputation is worth the slight extra cost. The internet pricing from the area dealers gives a good "bottom" price to expect and Honda Village was one of the lowest, but not the lowest. The vehicle was purchased at the end of October and the business people were backed up for over 1 hour, but David provided water, a terrific Halloweeen costume and conversation while I waited. My only issue was the price of a roof rack, which was an additional $560. I thought that was a lot and they wouldn't come down on the price so I went without it. Many cars come with the rails and it seems for 36K, Honda as a company or the dealer could include what costs them probably about $200 or less to make the truck look nicer. I can see charging for the other accesories such as the bike or kayak rack, but not the rails. Otherwise, I'm happy with the truck. I received follow up calls to see how I'm doing and if I had any questions. They always have discount coupons for oil changes and parts, so someday I might get the roof rack. The Service Dept is also very good without any problems with the Accord over the past 4 years. More

My experience was as if they knew I was ready for a change. I have loved my subaru cars and never in the past entertained looking at any other types of cars. I received a flyer from a Honda dealer in Everett Ma but decided to try the Newton Honda dealer instead. I could be happier with my new Honda Accord. Furthermore the deal they made with me topped any deal I have ever had with subary. Tom was an awesome representative that worked closely with as I hesitated to decide whether or not to make this important change. Consequently I am now happily driving a 2012 Honda Accord. I brought my Honda Accord 1998 in for an oil change, which had been quoted to me a few weeks before as costing $29.95. I had a coupon "thanking me for my business" worth $25 on any service. When the oil was changed, they presented their bill, $17.43 with the $25 coupon applied. When I asked about the unexpectedly high charge, they said my "old" Accord (74,000 miles) needed 5W-30 oil, more expensive than the newer models. When I got home, I compared the invoice with the previous invoice for an oil change, just 7 months before: Without any coupon the previous invoice totaled $20.89. The total labor for the oil change was $4.94, as compared with $19.94 on the current invoice. Apparently the car didn't need a more expensive oil 7 months ago: they used 5W-20 oil at a unit price of $l.89, compared with the current invoice's 5W-30 oil at a unit price of $3.25. I believe the so-called coupon was a marketing scam, and the money was made up by charging much much more for labor and oil to bring the total up. This after using Honda Village for an emergency situation two years ago when my transmission gave way, only to be followed by the need to put in a new computer and sensor, all totaling about $7,000 two years ago! I don't find this service crew trustworthy and will never use them again. More
