I WAS SHOPPING FOR A NEW CAR AND WENT INTO THIS HONDA DEALERSHIP BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO MY HOME. THIS WAS THE THIRD DEALERSHIP, NOT HONDA, I WENT TO AND IT WAS BY FAR MY FAVORITE. EVERYONE WAS NICE AN DEALERSHIP BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO MY HOME. THIS WAS THE THIRD DEALERSHIP, NOT HONDA, I WENT TO AND IT WAS BY FAR MY FAVORITE. EVERYONE WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY SVET. HE WAS INCREDIBLY INFORMED ON THE VEHICLES. HE ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION AND MORE. MY BOYFRIEND AND I WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED, HAVING VISITED TWO OTHER DEALERSHIPS. HE MADE US WANT TO GIVE THEM OUR BUSINESS RIGHT AWAY. SVET AND EVO WORKED WITH US UNTIL THERE WAS A DEAL. THEY WERE NOT PUSHY, THEY WERE PATIENT, AND SVET ACTED LIKE HE WANTED TO SELL A CAR, WITHOUT SEEMING TOO EAGER. HE BELIEVED IN THE PRODUCT AND BEFORE AND AFTER THE SALE, WENT THROUGH EVERY DETAIL OF THE CAR. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO EVERYONE. More

Keva was awesome. She was attentive, very hands off, patient, and did an awesome job representing the company. I was impressed with her professionalism. When I discovered an issue with the rear window dispenser, she had service order the part immediately. When I was ready to pick the car up, service forgot to fix the part. Keva was extremely apologetic, and arranged for the service team to fix it as soon as possible. As part of the inconvenience, she asked service to give me a full tank of gas and 3 extra oil changes as courtesy for the issue. What made it a very special and pleasurable experience was I talked to my aunt and uncle in Natick and they told me that they purchased their Pilot from Newton Village, AND Keva was their salesperson. A total shock and surprise, they both said she was absolutely amazing. It was confirmation of how she made the car buying experience one that was not abrasive, but easy, acceptable, and she really helped seal the deal. Edmund was great working with me on the financing. I am a finance guy, so I work with numbers and he was appreciative of this. He also was helpful with giving us the details on Ann extended warranty, which we were not considering until we sat with him. Again, the professionalism was of 5-star treatment. I would highly recommend both Keva and Edmund to anyone interested in experiencing a great car buying experience. It was easy process in general. I have been contacted and set up an appointment to look at new CR-V and discuss my optins.
