Its been 16 years since I last purchased a vehicle. I definitely was not looking forward to the task. I'd sooner have a root canal! But I needed a new car. So I dug in and did my homework. I read articles, visited websites, talked with my mechanic and narrowed my search to a Toyota RAV4 (I've owned 2 Camrys), a Forrester Subaru, and a CRV Honda. I test-drove the 3 vehicles and decided on the Honda. I was impressed with the Selection Specialist at Honda, Manny Zabatta. He is knowledgeable, low-key and friendly. His Business Manager, Ivo Petrov, answered my many questions regarding some of the accessories and the extended warranty. Neither one of them pressured me. They were willing to negotiate and we agreed on what I considered to be a fair price for both the new vehicle and my trade-in. I hope to have the same good experience with the Service Dept. when the time comes. More

I had a bad experience with another dealer, so I went in with my guard up. I was very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of everyone who worked there, esp. David Avery, the salesman. They were very busy at the end of the month with the rush of customers, but they did a good job juggling everyone there. I got what I thought was a generous trade-in value on my junky old car. Popcorn and play area keeps the kids entertained while you make a deal. More

I was able to do all the negotiating online which was very easy especially with jim he was very friendly, informative and helpful and not pushy at all which I really appreciated. He was able to match the lowest offer I was quoted without any issues or hidden fees when it came to going into the dealership to fill out the paperwork. He was also able to get the exact color I wanted! Went in on a Saturday to fill out the paperwork and check out my new Honda illy and was able to pick it up and drive away on Monday! Very happy with my experience at Honda village I never once felt pushed or taken for a ride I would recommend anyone looking for a laid back honest dealership to head to honda village and ask for jim samson !
