I had a very positive experience at Honda Village. Jim was very up front when it came to pricing, and worked with me to get me what I was looking for. The delivery went very smoothly and Jim was easy to get in touch with to finalize any of the details. Edwin, the Finance Manager was also very easy to talk to and went out of his way to get me the best possible deal. I am very happy with my new Ridgeline, and would go back to Honda Village again. They have a no nonsense approach to pricing and such and thus no hard sell, which I greatly appreciated. Jim sat with us in the car before we drove off for ~45 minutes to ensure that we understood all the cool controls and icons in the car, and kept us laughing the whole time. Obviously, I've been pleased with the service, and this purchase experience was consistent. Peter Ly was friendly and helpful in answering specific questions and showing me the model with a test drive. Ivo Petrov was also friendly and amenable in completing the paperwork to purchase. One thing that was a pleasant surprise was how quickly my car arrived -- just a few days instead of the month-plus it took in 1994 and 1987, when apparently the car was shipped from Japan instead of from a nearby dealer. In addition, the financing is so inexpensive right now, we were able to spread it out over time. Since that time, we've found out that many of our friends and colleagues have purchased from Honda Village and highly recommend it, which increases our confidence in our recent purchase. We felt that the sales staff and managers were very respectful, helpful, professional and non-pressured. I feel confident that we purchased it from the right place. More
