Hello Mehmet, As previously mentioned I completely understand your frustration with the repeat visits and stressing the state inspection. While these mistakes would make anyone a bit skeptical of our operations I will assure you that Honda Vilalge has a honest and dependable service department. A majority of our technicians and service advisors have been employed for many years, dedicating themselves to the Honda brand, getting certified by AHM and some becoming Master Technicians which is not an easy accomplishment. If we ran our service department in such deceitful ways like merely resetting the maintenance minder and returning the vehicle we would not be still in business. Reviewing your account you have had several vehicles serviced here in the past and I assume that in those past years you were satisfied with the level of service provided. Unfortunately on October 16th we made an honest mistake of not noticing the light bulb or securing the socket. I would be greatly disappointed to lose a long time customer over a mistake.
