They are both experienced, knowledgeable and detail oriented making the purchase and leasing process smooth and low pressure. Their follow up skills are also non-invasive and courteous. I have already received 2 follow up messages in 2 weeks to check in on my experience with the new car! I know who I am going back to when its time to re-new my lease. More

I had a pleasant no pressure buying experience. The selection specialist Peter Ly was always informative , helpful and accurate. What i liked most was that Peter listened to my needs. I know that may sound like I was just born yesterday. But honestly after visiting many dealerships not just Honda, there are a lot of sales person who will not listen and just make their pitch. Anyway, a very competitive offer was given up front,so i didn't need to barter . Better than other dealers. Then their was my trade in. I received a fair offer and I made my purchase. You definitely need to do your research and know what you are willing to pay for the new vehicle and what your trade-in is worth, in this order! I am very pleased with the overall buying experience. Peter was a tremendous help to the FOUR people I recommended them to go to him when purchasing a new Honda vehicle. From the first person, I first recommended him to go to another Honda dealership w recommended them to go to him when purchasing a new Honda vehicle. From the first person, I first recommended him to go to another Honda dealership where I got my Honda Accord. But my friend told me that the people aren't helpful in any way at all. But when we over to meet Peter at Honda Village, Peter was not only friendly and welcoming, but also very thorough in telling every single detail about the vehicle as he helps you find the deal you're looking. Peter got my friend sold on buying his car there. Ever since then, I recommended the other three people, one of them is my boss from work and another is my father, to go to Peter. They all bought their cars right on the day when they each met Peter in the dealership. Seeing and hearing how each of them were VERY satisfied working with Peter, made me wished that I should've went to Peter instead of the dealership where I got my Accord. Hands down, look for Peter at Honda Village and he'll get you the deal you're looking for. More

from the beginning i bought two cars less 3 month from honda village one of them i still have it i went 4 times one day for reparation system fuel cap then back and back from the same issue no one fix honda village one of them i still have it i went 4 times one day for reparation system fuel cap then back and back from the same issue no one fix it that dem issue i am so pissed it . i don't blame people on desk but the people should fix my car like mechanic master haha i will advise him to back to school to perform his ability to fix any car, then people hire him very also bad sorry for my rude talk but this is my reality with them .by the way i am still have same problem for almost 2 month. We had to buy a new car in a hurry and quickly narrowed it down to the CRV or the Toyota RAV4. Imagine my surprise when, an hour after sending my husband over to Honda Village for a test drive, he pulled in to our driveway with a beautiful new CRV. Jim let us drive it around ALL DAY, and of course after that we were sold. Jim and Edwin Cifuentes stayed late to close the deal, got us a great interest rate, and we drove the car home in time for dinner. We will definitely be back for our next new car. More
I emailed pretty much every Honda dealer within 50 miles of the greater Boston area asking for their best price on a CRV and saying I will buy by the end of the week. Many other dealers played games, but eventually came to what they said was their best price (after a bunch of emails back and forth with quotes from other dealers). Jim emailed me asking what would it take to put me in a car from him and I named him an out the door price price that was a few hundred lower than the best offer from the other dealers (and around $250 below invoice price and 2.2k below MSRP before TTL) and he accepted. Other dealers refused to go that low and claimed that the price was impossible. I was a bit worried that there would be some sort of bait and switch when I walked in the door to sign the paperwork but the price was exactly what Jim quoted. A few other notes: This was right before Hurricane Sandy and despite all the closures and hardships posed by Sandy Jim kept us updated on the status of the paperwork and when the car would be ready. He was very responsive to emails. Finally, they sent me a $2 check because there was some mistake with the math and we over paid the registration fee by $2 (this was unprompted). More

Honestly, we went there because it was relatively close to where we lived and we were simply going to get the best price before moving on the the bigger dealership who instructed us to do so before bringing it to them where they guaranteed they would beat it. Well, it didn't turn out that way because we were so pleased with Jim's courtesy and professionalism. Even if I wanted to stick with the original plan (which was not the case after working with Jim), my wife would not have let me because she found him to be so incredibly pleasant and helpful. He was easily the best sales person who I spoke with on the phone when he followed up on my online purchase inquiry, and his ability to "work the deal" (even when he couldn't give me what I wanted) was always positive, professional and felt extremely honest. His work over the phone was only exceeded by his in-person sales skills. He was obviously staying late to assist, but never made us feel like it was a problem even when he was answering one of my wife's thousands of questions about the potential purchase. Jim was incredibly kind and thorough, and he will undoubtedly be the first person I call when it comes time for me to move on from my current 2005 Accord. More
