Was in a hurry for a vehicle, went to Honda's site, found dealers with car in color I wanted in stock, and email all of these dealers that I was interested in car and to give me a quote. Received a good quote from one dealer and was planning to go buy the car the next day. The next day, before I was about to go to the other dealer, finally received a response from Jim. I told him I was all set and was going to leave work in a few hours to go to other dealer to buy car, Jim asked what he needed to do. I asked if he could match or beat the quote (his dealer was a little closer to my work than other dealer so that would have worked for me). He asked for my quote, I sent it to him, he said he could beat it by $25, I said fine. I asked him for an official quote on vehicle, then he said he could only match it. I said fine. He asked me to come into dealership. Told him I would if he sent me an official quote. asked him to be fast. Finally, after wasting a lot of my time, he gave me this pitch about how the other dealer could not possibly meet their quote and quoted me $500 above all my other quotes. Then he kept going back and forth about how he was worth the extra $500 because of his great service. How the other dealer was dishonest etc. Went to other dealer and received car as promised and at price promised. Very pleasant experience at other dealer, very unpleasant experience with Jim and Honda Village. More

I went to Honda Village to buy another Honda because my Honda Accord was totaled in an accident. The reason why I chose Honda Village was the fact that I bought my previous Honda from the same dealer about Honda Accord was totaled in an accident. I could not have been more pleased with that vehicle which lost very little of its value. Jim Samson was able to find another used Honda with low mileage. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Since the car I decided to buy just came into the dealership, the title was not yet available. Jim was able to speed up matters, and I could drive off Honda's premises as planned just a few days later. Needless to say, that my family and I have been very happy with the new car. More
