We just moved here in Massachusetts, there were tons of things to deal with, obviously getting a car that fits our needs is one of the top priorities. After many frustrating days in search of a new car, we were so fortunate to meet Tim; and a couple of hours later, we got our Honda Odyssey with a great price, we were so happy to say the least! Right from get go, Tim's hospitality, enthusiasm and professionalism instantly drew us closer. Tim listened very well and got to understand our needs very quickly; he was patient hearing out what we want and answering all our questions, then he was able to help us quickly narrow down to what exactly we need to buy. Tim was truly thinking for the benefit of us. Knowing our situation being newcomers desperate in search of a car, Tim didn't push at all for anything that we don't need and he was giving excellent information along the way to make sure we get all the information and understand the options so that we could then make good decision based on those. He also gave us good information about the services of the dealership and made sure we understood the value of the services there. It was truly a pleasure experience working with him. Tim was very courteous and considerate, he also took time to make sure our two boys to find and enjoy what they could do in the dealership place, so that they didn't come to bother us when we looked around and discussed on things for buying the vehicle. I'd rate Tim 10/10 and I'd definitely recommend Tim to anyone! Cheers, Ben More
I was completely shocked by the service provided this morning at the service area. I have scheduled an appointment yesterday to fix 1. Left front axle seal at transmission and 2. Right front axle leak at morning at the service area. I have scheduled an appointment yesterday to fix 1. Left front axle seal at transmission and 2. Right front axle leak at mid bearing carrier. When I got to the dealership , I have talked to Calvin and explained him again, that those two things are leaking, because I had my car inspected earlier by a local mechanic, who advised me that since my car was under the warranty, I should it take it to the dealer. Calvin called me two hours later, advising, that everything has been fixed. When I go to the dealership, the only thing that was fixed was the left front axle, I asked about the right front axle and was advised , that there is nothing wrong, I asked to talk to the mechanic and at that time, I was told to wait another 5 minutes, after 30 minutes of waiting, I walked up the service desk, where Calvin advised me, that I they did not have the part that needed to be fixed and told me, that I had to wait till next week. There was no apology for making me wait, no apology for not fixing the problem in the first place, the manager was observing the entire interaction, and when I asked to talk to the manager, he asked me “What do you want me to do??”. Everyone can judge the service or lack of it provided for themselves, but for me it is unacceptable More

I leased my 2013 Honda Accord from Honda Village in July, 2013. Peter and David were both friendly (not pushy at all), and the entire process went very smoothly. We worked with Jim Samson on a recent purchase of a new car. Recent is a relative term because we started the process months ago and life intervened. When the time finally came to purchase, I contacted Jim on a Thursday. I explained that I wanted to come in on Friday with questions and need to test drive, that my husband was not available on Friday, that we would return on Saturday for my husband's test drive and questions, and hope to make a decision. Jim worked with our schedule, my questions, and our return visit on Saturday. We bought the car on Saturday as we planned. We highly recommend Jim Samson for your upcoming purchases. He is professional, technical (in terms of knowing the car's features and helping find the right car for the purchaser), excellent listening skills, stays in touch using the method best for the customer, polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. We thought he handled our negotiation with the business manager well. More
I had an outstanding experience working with Tim. He assisted me in obtaining a very good monthly payment for my new Honda Civic LX, which included features and items I requested. In addition, I had a few situations occur after I purchased my car. This included forgetting my keys which were in my former car which Tim held for me, and he picked me up at Watertown Square during a rainstorm, as the shuttle was not in service at that time. Lastly, 5 days after my purchase, I discovered that I did not have my GPS and CD case, and called Honda to ask if these items were still in my former car, concerned that it had been sold. Tim contacted me to inform me that he would search for the car on the lot. He contacted me a few minutes later and told me that he had found these items, meeting me in front of the dealership to hand them to me. He is an excellent Selection Specialist! More
