I was flirting with the idea of buying a new car but wasn't convinced that I should make the purchase. I initiated my contact with Honda Village over the Internet and was promptly called back by Yohan Smith. Yohan was pleasant and didn't come across like the typical sales guy. He asked all of the right questions and I immediately finally felt comfortable with the thought of purchasing a new car. I went in and test drove a 2013 Honda Accord and loved the car. After a 'no pressure' discussion of numbers with Yohan I told him I'd sleep on it. Over the course of 2 weeks I went back and test drove the car 2 additional times and on each each occasion I took up Yohan's time with all of my stupid and redundant questions. Yoga has the patience of a saint!! He was very knowledgable and never made me feel like I was a bother. I'm now the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Accord and I love it!!! Great work Yohan!! More

I've been to Village Collision twice, and both times my expectations were exceeded. The first visit was a combination of insurance and personally paid work. My second visit was personally paid. He's listened to my ideas, offered his expertise, and stayed in contact throughout. The office personnel have been very friendly and efficient. The people at Village have taken pride in their work, and made my 16 year old Saab 9000 Aero new again. They even took it upon themselves to replace a spring on one of the headlamp wipers. Perhaps this hasn't been a common collision repair situation, but I would recommend them to anyone needing work or restoration on their car. More
Jim was helpful and friendly BEFORE I signed a lease for a Honda Accord. He even offered to return my prior lease to Toyota. He said he "would take care of me" and "this is how it is done". After signing, Jim did not return my old leased vehicle to Toyota for over 3 weeks. During that time, keys were lost and there was new damage to the vehicle. Upon receiving a bill from Toyota, I called Jim. He avoided my calls, did not follow up and did not return calls as promised. I contacted the Sales Manager, David Rodriguez who at first defended Jim. Eventually, David paid the bill from Toyota after several weeks of phone calls and visits to the dealership. David did make things right and I would go back to Honda Village as I like the location and their quality of their product. I would NOT recommend salesperson, Jim Samson. More
I went to the dealership for an engine warning indicator. They couldn't get to it right away so they offered me a ride to work and then back to the dealership to pick up my car when it was done. Now that I've been to Honda Village, I can't imagine going anywhere else! Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgable, but they have a service to take me to and from work and/or loaner vehicles. I was used to this when I drove an Audi but found it sorely lacking in the other Honda dealerships (I even PURCHASED some "loaner vehicle" insurance from one of the previous dealerships. But, somehow, there was never a vehicle available when I needed one). More
