Update - The dealership cares enough about customer satisfaction to monitor rating sites such as this. They contacted me, apologized, and have taken steps to rectify the situation. They also extended some courtesy service as a gesture of good faith... all positive signs and a sincere effort at improvement. I will return to this service center and re-review at that time.
