I threw him a big curve ball by changing my mind as to what I was looking for as soon as I got there. Without hesitaiton he switched gears showed me the new car I was interested. He was patient and answered all of my questions both in person and via email. The day before and for about a week after my lease he stayed in constant contat via email (my fav way of communicating). When the day came to pick up the car Manny was there to greet me with a smile and was patient as he walked me through the set up of the car and answered any questions I had. Great experience so far. More

Jason Flynn and Yohan Smith were incredibly patient with me when I had a tough time deciding, and I really felt no pressure from them at all to buy. They genuinely seemed to want to make sure I was happy with my purchase. From first discussions to completing the entire registration process for me, these guys were great. He did all paperwork and had my new tire on in a timely manner - on a busy Saturday! The waiting area had fresh popcorn, water & coffee and a huge flat screen TV area to wait in - it was very clean. There was also a little play area for children. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Greg was very nice and very helpful. More

This is my second go round with Honda Village and I wasn't disappointed. I came in knowing what I wanted and appreciate that I was not hassled to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle. Manny was patient and most of all honest. I would also like to say "thank you" to the service crew at Honda Village. The service there is impeccable! My buying experience was pleasurable but the folks in the service department put Honda Village above the rest. They were my incentive to return to Honda Village. So if you are in need of a new or used vehicle or car service, I would highly recommend Honda Village in Newton. More

An extremely disappointing service experience We brought our Accord to Honda Village for a 90K service check and to repair the radio. 1) To repair the radio, the mechanic removed the console cove We brought our Accord to Honda Village for a 90K service check and to repair the radio. 1) To repair the radio, the mechanic removed the console cover. He did a poor job putting the console back together. After we brought the car home, we found that the storage compartment lid (for compartment under the radio) fails to open/close correctly. We brought the car back to Honda Village and waited. We were told the first mechanic failed to put the lid latch in, "it's fixed now". But the cover still fails to open/close correctly. We didn't bother to ask the mechanic to try fixing it again. 2) Before the 90K service, the car consistently got 30MPG. Since Honda Village serviced the car six weeks ago, the car only gets 25MPG. Same driver, same commute, same gas station. Where did 5MPG go??? 3) Finally, a very small nit: a sign in the service waiting area states they refill the windshield washer fluid on every car they service. I looked under the hood after the 90K check up, and I noticed the fluid container was still half empty. Hmm. The customer service employees are friendly and try to be helpful. Ultimately, though, quality of work is what matters. We were extremely disappointed by the work their mechanics did. We will take our car elsewhere in the future. More
