The only minus point might be that the financing rates weren't super competitive even though I have excellent credit. But that was not super important to me since I got my own financing. More

I bought an Accord there in 2006 and due to the AMAZING service quality that I have gotten (especially from Calvin) I decided to buy from there again. Working with Yohan Smith was absolutely perfect. From my first visits test driving vehicles, through the negotiation process and into the final sale, he was informative, anticipated issues and dealt with them quickly and was a consummate professional. From the sales department we moved over the the business team and worked with Ivo. Again, another professional who helped us answer questions and get us what we needed. Additionally, interacting with Vanessa and Adam at the front desk was wonderful. They're kind and fun to be around. One of the other sales team staff played soccer with my son to keep him occupied while we did paperwork. Really, I couldn't ask for more. He answered all the questions about different trims available. He offered various financing options as well and helped us choose the right option. We thought we got a great deal on the Honda CRV. There was no sales pressure or anything like that even though we reached the dealership late on a weekday. Jim was smiling and helping with all our questions. He even included first oil change in the deal. They completed the registration, inspection and insurance formalities and I picked up the car a day after. I am really happy with the car and the service Jim Samson provided. This is third car I purchased at Honda Village and my second Honda CRV here. Each time I do shop with couple other dealerships for comparison, but at other large dealerships, I always feel like they make you wait among a sea of people and you don't get that much attention. I have always found that car buying experience at Honda Village is the best. More
