He got me a good price and made me feel taken care of from the first phone call up until he delivered my new car to my doorstep! I found everyone at the dealership to be very friendly and easygoing...and they even started up the popcorn machine early on a Saturday morning much to the thrill of my 3 year-old daughter. He educated us about this CRV with the facts which I did not know. I am really thankful to Jim to give us ample amount of time to decide. The best part which I missed in other dealerships was that he would very courteous. Another point which I liked about this place or I would say Jim was that this transaction/negotiations happened without the direct involvement of the Manager. I had seen in the rest of the dealerships where the Sales Rep walks us through the test drive and then its all about the negotiations with the Manager. Here is was different and it was only Jim throughout the whole talks. It really made us more comfortable. More
