Tried to lease a CRV I was very disappointed with my experience. I met with a selection specialist to complete lease paperwork after I had selected a CRV to lease. When I I was very disappointed with my experience. I met with a selection specialist to complete lease paperwork after I had selected a CRV to lease. When I asked for the complete lease terms including end to end dates and potential money factor for a tier 1 approved credit I was told I needed to sign a lease agreement prior to that being provided. When I pointed out the agreement they were asking me to sign was legally binding and committed me to the lease based on the fine print I was told it did not and that this was merely a P&S agreement, not a lease agreement, even thought the form said LEASE AGREEMENT. This was after I had already provided them with first month payment and $595. I had a selections specialist argue with me for 45 minutes off and on about this. When I asked to have my payments refunded the specialist walked off with my debit card and I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to track her down, retrieve the card, and reverse the payment. More
