10 Star treatment for my 6th Honda Accord. I just leased me 6th Honda Accord. Clearly for me, Honda has been a great car experience. I have been to 3 Honda's in Massachusetts and for me, Honda Village's ease, deal and treatment was the best I have received yet. Sales person Scott Stafford made the leasing process a dream. I called on the phone, told him exactly what I needed, gave him my car needs and financing needs. He did as much of the footwork on the phone as possible, I came in and I was able to get exactly what he promised me by phone. This dealership offered me to the best deal with the least work. Paperwork was very swift and clear, negotiation was transparent and painless. Two days later I drove away in my new car and this model has been my favorite. I have already referred one person to Scott and would send anyone else I knew. I plan to return to Honda Village for all of my cars from here forward. They really understand when to provide additional care, when to lay off and let you be. I found Scott to honest and excellent to deal with. Finance rep was efficient and clear too. More
