He was very professional in all aspects and respectful to our needs as well as very kind; giving us all the options in deciding on the model of our new car. He is bilingual, (Spanish and English), which gives opportunity to a Spanish population to work with him. We will definitely recommend him and Honda Village and soon be back for our next purchase. Our sales agent, Joshua Fink, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helped us find a vehicle which worked within our budget. We ended up leasing a 2015 Honda Pilot SE. More

Very good sales experience, knowledgeable people This is now the second vehicle I purchased from Honda Village (first was a 2007 Honda Accord, latest is a 2015 Odyssey). In both cases, I was treated with professionalism and respect, and nobody was pushy. My salesperson, Yohan Smith, was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all the questions I had. The negotiations for both the vehicle and trade-in went very well and I get a sense that they are willing to work with you more than other area Honda dealers. I've serviced both of my Honda vehicles with them for over 8 years as well and their service department is very good. I would definitely recommend them to service your Honda, but do be prepared for dealer repair prices. More

I do not have enough "service dept" experience yet to be able to give them a rating as I have had no significant issues on my 2014 CRV purchased in January 20014 yet. I have only had several oil changes and have asked service desk people a few questions. I will say that based on the few questions to them, it seems like they are not super knowledgeable, but maybe no need as actual repair is done by techs. In my last oil change I did not like the minimal attention given as request was written up and I also requ3ested something checked - service guy super rushed me while multiplexing on other stuff. I think when one goes in for any service, full attention should be provided. The second observation I really noticed and experienced and do not like is "parts ordering". When you order anything at inside showroom window, the person walks off with your credit card to run it in back room,. No transparency as to what he is doing. I trust them but someday a not-so-honest person might be tempted to run credit card for other things not requested. They need to put credit card scanner at the window and not hidden in the back! But, other than those two points I would recommend that dealer at this time. More
