Albert went the extra mile to get the exact colour we wanted and everything we wanted. He was very professional and Courteous so helpful ... I recently leased a CR-V at Honda Village. Manny Zbatta was my Sales Consultant and he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant throughout the process. Manny responded to all questions in a straight-forward manner, and clearly explained the paperwork, fees and costs associated with the lease. The vehicle was ready, as promised, for delivery on a certain date. I would strongly recommend Manny to anyone interested in purchasing/leasing a vehicle at Honda Village in Newton. More

Today I had the most terrible experience with your staffs. I came in to replace my car battery which I had bought from these guys on September 2019 which has been like 6 months. The battery had comple staffs. I came in to replace my car battery which I had bought from these guys on September 2019 which has been like 6 months. The battery had completely died and I had been jump starting the car everyday to make it run. I called the store and the person who picks up the call said they’ll take care of it. He didn’t mention anything regarding the cost And I thought as a goodwill they will replace the battery. I don’t live close by but still decided to drive all the way thinking they would replace it for free. However, I go there and these two guys are not willing to replace them at all. I would not travel all the way there if I had known that they would charge me. There is a Honda dealer five minutes away from where I live. I would not waste my time and would rather go there and pay the price. I made a terrible mistake buying a car from you guys. I have never seen a service like this. I understand the warranty issues but as a customer who bought a car from your store should be treated well. This is not only disappointing but I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Date was May 28. They found our car, a new Honda HRV. Color we wanted. Was told that we must pay in full now.to insure we would get that exact car.we told them that we would wait if the car was not available. Why? Who has that kind of money available? Who asks for full payment at the point of sale. The Why? Was answered that they had a sales monthly quota to make. I asked if I had come in on June 4, would they require the same full payment. no, they said. I left. Weeks later, we were more ready to buy the car, so we went to Bernardi Honda in Natick. Same speech.$ purchase, no rush to pick the car up. Easy sale. They worked with us, no pressure. When we picked the car up, by now, it was the end of June. Asked if they called newton Honda. They said yes, but newton Honda would not give then the car. So, a month later, newton Honda still had the car. More
Kind, understanding and efficient. Manny was tremendous to work with when securing my new Lease. I arrived early and he was ready to discuss the available options on the car I expressed interest in as well as having a car ready for an immediate test drive. I had come in on the last day of my prior lease and during a time I was dealing with a recent loss in my family. Nevertheless, Manny made the experience quick as possible (even allowing me to leave the dealership and return once Finance was ready for me to sign) and also was very kind and compassionate with respect to my personal situation. All in all, Manny was a consummate professional and exceeded my expectations in all respects. I would recommend Manny to all of my family and friends. More
Calvin in service is wonderful If I could give more stars I would, I have been going to Honda Village in Newton for over ten years (my family for closer to twenty) and bought my las If I could give more stars I would, I have been going to Honda Village in Newton for over ten years (my family for closer to twenty) and bought my last three cars from them including the one I am driving now and love! The sales people are awesome, knowledgeable and helpful but the real reason Honda has become a part of our family is the service department. Calvin Huang who works in service is the perfect example of what customer service should be. Always going out of his was to help however he can, even if it means leaving his department to reach out on behalf of his customer. I can't count the number of times Calvin has saved the day and made a bad situation so much better. Even now that I have a Toyota ( purchased from Honda certified/ pre owned ) I continue to bring all my business to Honda service when it comes to maintenance...that is because of the wonderful way I am treated when I go there! I recently had an problem with my car key which seemed like it would take for ever to fix but with one phone call to Calvin I was pointed in the right direction and connected with the person who could help me sort out the mess! The sales manager David was wonderful and immediately helped me address the issue and find a resolution to my problem. I would strongly suggest going to Honda if u are in the market for a new or certified/ pre owned vehicle, or if u need ur car serviced for any reason. I have known the crew in Honda service for a very long time since I bring my cars there for everything. The service manager Joe is also member of the team I feel deserves mentioning...but I my family's opinion Calvin is the man to see! We actually plan our service/ maintenance around his work schedule to insure he is the person taking care of us! From start to finish it is always a wonderful experience at Honda Village on Newton!
