Michael to the Rescue I've been a long standing customer of Herb Gordon Subaru, and Michael is a great example of why I keep bringing my Forester in for service. He was friendly, extremely helpful, and empathetic with regard to my initial sticker shock at the cost of the work that my car needed. I was prepared to declare the car a loss, but he not only convinced me that the repair work was a good investment, but even managed to somehow bring down the cost by a non-trivial amount. It was still a bit of a stretch, but we were able to get back on the road, and Michael helped get us there. I will not only continue to use Herb Gordon Subaru's service department, but will also be going to them when the time comes to retire my current Subaru which is 13 1/2 years old and still going strong. More
