Went to get my car serviced for the first time at Herb Chambers Boston and the service was Excellent. He was very cheerful and full of life. An outstanding individual. Robert assisted swiftly in getting my car serviced and I can't say how grateful I was for his assistance. Just want to mention Jose and Nick they were great in the initial process of purchasing my car. Great individuals, very friendly and knowledgeable. I put this Honda Location over EVERY location in the State of Mass. This is the Best place to come to point blank period. 4th time here, very disappointed. Usually see Robert Hall who was not in. Had 10:15 oil change appt and did not leave until after 2:00 pm. Only 1 service representative (DJ Jackson) & therefore very long wai who was not in. Had 10:15 oil change appt and did not leave until after 2:00 pm.
