I scheduled an oil change for my 23 Accord Touring Hybrid last week with Herb Chambers Honda of Boston. I also inquired about having my car detailed. He contacted me within the hour to provide the details. When I picked the car up it looked brand new just like the day I picked it from this dealership. I’ve only brought the car in for normal servicing but every time I do, I am always treated very well. We also own a fancy german suv that we paid 6 figures for 2 years ago and Honda cars of Boston treats me like I’m a priority unlike the the other dealership with three letters where they treat me like they’re doing me the favor of servicing our vehicle.
