Nelson Castillo is an excellent service writer who even researched an expensive repair for us to cover while keeping cost as affordable as possible. This is my second car from this dealership and I have also received service here as well. Every time I come in for service, there is a new service advisor with an attitude. In September, it was Nelson C. also received service here as well. Every time I come in for service, there is a new service advisor with an attitude. In September, it was Nelson C. In January, it was Katherine N. I wonder if this dealer is making sure the advisors are actually being trained about customer service. I have over 10 years of customer facing roles and am absolutely disgusted with the service advisors at this location. When I walked in, she asked if I was there for sales and I said no. She then asked about service and said she would be with me shortly. No greeting, no sense of humanity, no personality, just straight to the mashed potatoes and gravy. After, she asked me if I was waiting which I always do. She explained the service would take longer than usual and almost disagreed with my decision. Once I walked away, Katherine called me to say she needed me to sign paperwork. She could of easily said that before. Katherine was unpleasant and did not make me feel the customer service I received prior . After I waited nearly 3 hours for a B1 service, she had someone else “go over” the summary of the service. I never spoke to her again. I couldn’t believe how much more I had to pay for service I have had before but there was no accommodation or communication about the hike of prices. I hope a supervisor reads this and can reach out to make this right. After this lease, I will not be returning to this dealership. I am writing this because of course Katherine made sure I did not receive a survey. I have been a Herb Chambers Honda customer since 2019 and always receive a survey about service. More
