He was extremely informative about the strengths of the car and took a lot of time answering our questions and helping us take the car through its paces on the test drive (actually two test drives with two different editions of the Outback). He really knew the car and was able to explain its safety features to us as we were trying them out on the test drive). When we were zeroing in on the edition and the package we wanted, he took us around in the lot where many of the editions were parked so we could see what was available, in what color, and in what packages. He helped us decide whether to trade in or donate our old, old car to a nonprofit, and when we decided to donate it, he went with us so in order to drive us back to the dealer to get our new car. When a complication arose at the nonprofit and we had to go back home to find the title to the old car, he drove us there and drove us back! We went to different dealers, and Chris was miles ahead of the others who showed us cars. More
