Had a flat was in the range of tire replacement and due for an oil change. It’s a Monday probably the worst day to come into the service center at 7am to get an appointment! Ralph Higgs greeted me and started getting my info and figured out my options. I left the car and provided me a loaner. Later I get a video from the tech Brea ? She was very thorough in her explanation and showing the individual points that were inspected. She did not make any pressure on the recommendations, even told me the tire could be fix and the tread wear was decent even though I was going to replace them now for my comfort. The car was ready later and again everyone spent time explaining my service. Love the tires and the crew at Hendricks Subaru. Thanks John Warren More
I had a great experience at Hendrick Subaru of Southpoint! They were able to get me in quickly and replaced my sunroof glass after it had a chip. The showroom was spotless, and they even offered me a water while I waited. He was generally excellent! Dealt with me patiently and thoroughly as I wished rather than push me to what he might want. He was not immediately knowledgeable on potential slightly used car alternatives that were on the dealer website nor what pricing flexibility the dealership might not have on particular cars. But we worked through that, and I did buy a slightly used 2025 Outback. Had to wait a VERY long time to meet with business office on paperwork. More

My old 2017 Subaru Outback with 206 K miles needed an oil change and a new set of tires - Jeff Thomas in service at Hendrick Subaru took great care of everything . They had a really good price on tires with change and a new set of tires - Jeff Thomas in service at Hendrick Subaru took great care of everything . They had a really good price on tires with installation. They also have an oil change plan that covers 3 years of oil changes, t its very affordable. You can't beat the service here! I highly recommend this place. And they are across from Southpoint Mall so you can go shopping while they take care of the car. More
I had an issue with Mia long wait even tho I had made an appointment. The service manager came out to talk to me for 1/2 hour to explain the situation. I have always been impressed with the service department at Hendrick which is why I have 3 Subarus from this wonderful dealership. In Connecticut where I am from, no one likes much less loves their dealership. Keep it going Hendrick. More
