I cannot say enough about how amazing Hendrick Subaru is! My first time walking into the dealership and I felt immediately welcomed and not once did I feel any pressure to even discuss purchasing. All of my other experiences with dealerships they immediately want to follow up any test drives (or even while you're test driving) with push about numbers and making a deal. Ethan listened to my situation and we discussed circling back when I was closer to being ready and even through that time period, not once did I still feel pressured to make a deal. Amazing open communication from him and as we got closer to starting to make a purchase, he went above and beyond with the support of his manager to problem solve a road block I had in finalizing the deal. Chris in finance was also just so great and helped in the fun problem solving scheme :). Ethan truly cares about his customers and knows how stressful buying a car can be and makes it feel like it's absolutely seamless. He's also just a cool guy to get to chat with, especially about outdoor adventures in the subie! There aren't enough words to express how happy I am driving around town in my first ever Subaru and really it's all thanks to Ethan and the amazing team at Hendrick. We are a 7 year customer of Hendrick Subaru Southpoint, starting back when they were Performance Auto Mall in Chapel Hill. They have always gone above and beyond. We bought our first Forester from David F. starting back when they were Performance Auto Mall in Chapel Hill. They have always gone above and beyond. We bought our first Forester from David F., then our second pre-owned non-Subaru from Ke-Londa T, and finally our newest Forester from Adrian S. The buying process has always been smooth and professional, with the finance managers working to get us the best interest rates. The Encore delivery, completed by Joseph R., is a wonderful added bonus that lets you learn all about your new vehicle. Service has always been top notch, and has provided us with quick and efficient service. When service was going to take longer than expected, we were provided with a loaner vehicle that would accommodate our needs of transporting a friend in a wheelchair. I would highly recommend Hendrick Subaru Southpoint for your car buying and service needs! More

My car was unexpectedly out of commission for weeks, and they never once offered a loaner vehicle or proactively updated me on the expected timeline. More
