Kelley, the internet sales manager was the first person I spoke with, but she was out of the office on the day I wanted to come in. She referred me to Kevin who had several appointments that day. Kevin was free when we arrived and had received all the info from Kelley. When Kevin's appointments kicked in, he asked Kent to work with my husband and me to close the deal. All three were very helpful and pleasant. We received outstanding service and it was a pleasure to do business with Capital! We love our vehicle and the Capital employees ensured that it was a good fit for us. More

The time span and changes in styles afforded me the chance to drive many styles of interceptors and at speeds/conditions the average driver should not encounter. The modern Impalas proved to be the most responsive and reliable vehicles I drove. With my retirement I began to seek a replacement for the Impala that had been my daily driver. After weeks of checking out other front wheel drive cars (a definite Impala handling advantage) that offer comfortable 4 adult seating and ample trunk space I returned to seeking a new Impala. Reviewing web info and afternoon lot visits resulted in a drive to the Powhatan, Capital Chevy GMC site. Upon arrival I was greeted by Kent COLE; salesman. He started by asking if he could assist... and then he listened to what I had to say without trying to direct the conversation or redirect my stated goal. I found Kent to be as comfortable to work with as it would have been to be chatting with an old friend. His actions resulted in me driving away in a 2012 Impala. From my purchase experience, Capital can do no better than Kent and Carla. Even though Carla had the task of taking my money, she made it and the pound of paperwork painless! Don't know if I will be successful in providing future sales but my family and friends will now be directed to Capital (Kent in particular) when they mention they are in vehicle seeking/purchase mode. I have not had a better car buying experience; the 45 minute drive was well worth it. No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care! Thanks for caring Kent. More
Late last year, test drove the 2011 V8 Camaro convertible. Although I loved the look of the car, didn't like the way it drove or handled, or the pricetag! I had given up on the Bumblebee and wa convertible. Although I loved the look of the car, didn't like the way it drove or handled, or the pricetag! I had given up on the Bumblebee and was even looking at Ford Fusion hybrid and Edge, but not ready to move on anything. Suddenly got call from Kent last Thursday. They just got in a pre-owned, low mileage 2011 V6 yellow Camaro convertible. My husband and I went over that night, test drove it and told Kent I wanted my mechanic to look it over first. Next day did so, passed with him so Friday afternoon, effortlessly and hassle free, traded in my 1999 Aurora and drove home my Bumblebee! This is my first convertible and 3rd Camaro -- actually still have my 2nd Camaro (1981). Kent had been looking out for me since I told him and his manager that the other one was over my budget. When this one came in to the dealership, he thought of me! Today, they are putting the protection package and detailing the Bumblebee. Carla was a joy to work with...knew her already. Got great deal on financing. Thanks to Kent's tenacity, I got my Bumblebee. BTW, the V6 has great acceleration even with better gas mileage! More

I went initially just to drive two Impalas. I was just beginning my search for a new car. I didn't want either of the cars I drove, but I left thinking that no one tried to pressure me into anything. Th beginning my search for a new car. I didn't want either of the cars I drove, but I left thinking that no one tried to pressure me into anything. There were no cheesy sales pitches. The manager even offered to look at a car I was considering that was being sold privately. The next day I went back to drive the Malibu and loved it. I feel like I got a good deal. I did research on line for many hours before purchasing. Kelly knew everything about the vehicles. She answered questions before I asked them. We had fun talking and laughing, but she was always very professional. Carla was a wonderful finance person. She did not try to sell me anything extra or push me into anything. She made recommendations. She also found me a better interest rate than my credit union had promised. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle on my own and they made it a good one. I would definitely recommend them (already have) and would definitely go there again. More

But, Kent Cole kept us in mind and promptly found another truck that was just what we were looking for and actually an even better buy. Not wanting to finance, we made a $500.00 down payment until we could transfer funds and pay cash which we did on 01-07-2012. No one made any demands or hassled us over the delay. As promised, the truck was beautifully detailed, gased up, and ready to roll! The entire staff was friendly and fulfilled their various duties in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner. All options, features, and legal responsibilities were demonstrated and/or explained in great detail. Everything went very smoothly and we look forward to doing business with you in the future! After I called to inquire about a used truck, Kent Cole had the vehicle parked next to the showroom a years, and this was my first vehicle purchase.
