Haley Chevrolet responded

The 2004 Jeep Liberty was sold "As Is" which was disclosed and signed off on by the customer on all of the paperwork. An extended warranty was offered at the time of sale and was declined. The title was picked up via Fed-Ex on Monday due to the fact that the pickup time had passed on Friday after speaking with the customer. Also, we offered to have the customer come by the dealership and pick the title up which he declined.

The offer to pick the title up was given to me at 2 pm on Friday. The trip from my home to the dealer is 40 miles. I asked the dealer to put it in the mail that day. However, he was going on vacation so it was't mailed until Monday. Then it was put in FedX w/ the delivery date of 6/26/2014 by 8 pm. When I called the dealership on Monday they said I would get my title by FedX the following day. However, when I track the package that's when I found out about the 6/26 deliver. Again they did not do what I asked and the package was not mailed the way they said it would. I called FedX myself and arranged to pick it up from their facility today. Every time I have called they always try and make it my error not theirs. They were the ones that did not fill out the DMV paperwork correctly in the first place and if I hadn't asked about my title I would never have received one. It is just more rhetoric to not take responsibility for their actions.
